I have dealt with Nick and Jim multiple times and I have to say, they amaze me every time. I live approximately 59 miles away from the dealership. I bought this truck to pull my 9000 lb travel trailer, which was wearing out a half-ton pickup. The 3500 pulls it very well. Towing mirrors and brake controller are excellent. Where legal I towed with cruise control at 70 mph on I-80 from Cheyenne, WY to the Mississippi River. The truck did not slow or downshift for a hill the entire way. It got 12-15 mpg. There was absolutely no trailer sway, even without an anti-sway hitch. When not towing, the truck averages 23 mpg at 75 mph, with a range of about 600 miles/tankful. You can hear the diesel engine around town but not on the highway. The ride is heavy-duty, as expected, but very comfortable on the highway. The seats are great. The recommended tire pressure is for maximum load. I run 45 psi unloaded without setting off the tire pressure monitor. The truck rides and handles better that way. Anything I don't like? The headlights come on and the radio/GPS switches to night-time display mode in broad daylight depending on sun angle. I can't see the display while wearing dark glasses when it does that. You can't override this behavior. As for reliability I can't say much because I've only driven the truck 20,000 miles. So far, no issues. A major reason I went with GM was the fuel pump. It's worth researching diesel fuel pump lawsuits online.

Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Took in my truck for a software update, update was initially take about 5-6 hrs, i was out of there within 2hrs excellent job boys!

My daughter, who the car was for, liked another car a little better and the financing options here didn't work out for her since it was her first car loan. She was able to get better financing at another dealer. That's the only reason for the 4 stars vs. 5.

This truck feels very comfortable on the road, handles like a dream and is a pleasure to drive. It has enough power to pull whatever is asked of it and still gets respectable fuel mileage. It's exterior appearance is very appealing, especially the big sexy front grille and raised hood with functional air ram boasting the Duramax logo letting you know there's not some wimpy gas V8 powering this badboy. The interior is also easy on the eyes and pleasing with lots of leg room, a decent sized media center with navigation, very easy bluetooth connectivity for your devices, USB and media ports, an adjustable integrated brake controller, back up camera and an attractive instrument panel packed with scrollable info like tranny temperature, on the fly fuel mileage, water temp., trip odometer, outside air temp and much more. I could ramble on and on about this truck but... now I have to go drive it!

I've had one be for and its exactly what I expected long box 4 X 4 very clean and they put a new windshield in
