Needed a replacement Kia Sedona for work and needed it fast. They were the first to contact me back and setup nearly everything over the phone and email as I live in Tucson and had to keep working during the process. Once I was pre-approved all that was left was to head up, test drive, and sign. Super friendly and helpful every step of the way even to a Wildcat fan like myself. Do yourself a favor and shop with these guys. They will get you what you need at the price you are looking for. Good to know there are still trustworthy family owned businesses still out there even if they are Sundevil fans. These guys are quality people.

I have now been to this dealership both to buy and now for service. I ended up not purchasing here, but only because I was looking for a very specific used vehicle and was on a short timeline. However, the sales person was great. Additionally, I am now using Josh as a service adviser and he is great too! Highly recommend this dealership for buying or service!

Recently I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord coupe at Auto Paradise and I must say, it was by far the easiest and least stressful experience I have ever had in working with any car dealership in the valley! I had been to every major Honda dealership in the valley and found this one just by random chance and was very impressed (not to mention got the best price I could find.) I worked with Ron and he was extremely helpful, friendly and personable. I never once felt pressured nor uncared for and he even helped me through from the test drive to registration and plates. Auto paradise has some of the best inventory that I have ever seen from a smaller dealership and their vehicles are very well kept and they offer a great warranty (as they also have their own shop and mechanics on site.) Overall, I must say that this was the best and most genuine experience I could have asked for in purchasing a vehicle and I would highly suggest anyone in the market to make a stop by and see what they have for you! The dealership got me an appointment within a few days of booking. Diagnosed quickly. Finished quickly. Got a fair bill. Service advisor was good at communication as well. Would for sure return for my Chevy work.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!
Everyone in the collision department was wonderful to me Liz helped me out and Everett was very kind to me as well. I am sorry I don't remember the other gentlemen's name but he was very kind as well. I felt like I was treated as a family member and they went above and beyond to help me out. We're from out of town and needed an oil change. Angel assisted us with a smile. Also, he was kind enough to offer us a loaner as we did not have an appointment and the estimated wait time was at least 5 hours. He even suggested a couple of restaurants that he thought we would enjoy. Really nice gentleman. A real asset to the company.
They are an outstanding, honest and a compassionate company willing to work with anyone. Yes the anyone must have a means to have a down payment and maintain their portion of on-time payments, but Dynamite has outstanding customer service. There are two people who really shine, Roy and Ericka. Please remember to consider Dynamite on your new purchase. You won't be disappointed. Roy has a special place in my family's life because he has went above and beyond each and every time. They were very friendly and understanding, they knew I needed a car badly and understood that fact he was determined to get me into a car that day. Highly would recommend anyone coming worth your time, even though I didn't buy a car from them I still would recomend.
