Spitzer Kia ClevelandReviews
Spitzer Kia Cleveland review
Just a note I posted on Reddit concerning dealerships: Almost all of my dealership experiences have been awful. But my latest experience with Spitzer KIA in Cleveland was exactly the opposite. I traveled from Buffalo to look at 2 2024 and 2 2025 Tellurides. I wanted a V6 so 27s were out. All 4 vehicles were extremely clean. I was treated wonderful by a non commission salesman (Andrew). I decided on 1 vehicle, it was a great price to begin with, EX-XLINE, with trailer hitch and wiring, 18k miles, super clean for just about $41k. I was searching on line and a pop-up kept coming up for $500 off a purchase so I grabbed it, and when I presented it, no issues at all, they dropped the price. I flew back a couple days later, they picked me up with no wait. I got a tutorial about all the electronics and got an additional 3000 points in KIA VIP points good at any dealership. They followed up a week later to see if I had any issues. Easily my best dealership experience ever. It's a shame they are to far to travel for anything because I would stay loyal. Alexis the internet liason was really helpful. Spitzer has a bunch of dealerships in Ohio and I believe PA, none in NY.

Spitzer Chevrolet NorthfieldReviews
Spitzer Chevrolet Northfield review
I and my wife have always had EXCELLENT service and respect for Andrew and his team members. We first got introduced to Spitzer Northfield by Darrell Zasnuskie a salesman and friend. Andrew was doing service appointments and repairs when we first met him some 12-13 years ago. We had issues with our 2010 Buick that he painstakingly birddogged and resolved our vehicles issue, after a ridiculous amount of effort corrected our issue. Moving forward Andrew and his Service/Mechanical team have been GREAT partners. I have been Vice President of several companies. People skills and compassion is something that is hard to teach. BUT comes natural to people that really want to take care of each individual they encounter. If I could CLON the passion and real concern that Andrew and his team have for customers it would be incredible. Thank you for all that Spitzer NORTHFIELD and the service team does for me and my family. Stay Well God Bless... Chuck Montgomery
2024 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Within first 500 miles I had check engine lights come on and truck went into limp mode. This is all while traveling for work! It’s not the dealership here its manufacture. Pay this much for dependable truck and it breaks down before your first oil change! Apparently it’s turbo issues and power steering gears so Chevrolet needs to do better on quality control before sending 100k trucks to the market!!!

Super welcoming staff. Asking if they can get you something to drink, even if they weren’t waiting on you. Knowledge of their products was good and super helpful. No pressure to buy on the spot like some places. Overall great experience. Shout out to Mike Turovsky!
2021 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Effortlessly pulls our trailer, (bumper pull). It's only 6k pounds, I know that's lite for this truck but I don't even feel the trailer back there. Lot of interior room, seats are very comfortable for long trips. I have to get used to the dually back end. I absolutely love this truck. Never another ford!!!!!!

Volkswagen of Streetsboro review
I've bought a lot of cars over the years and Alex and the management at Streetsboro VW made this the easiest purchase I can remember (except for the 500 mile drive to get there!). Throughout the process they were reasonable and easy to work with. I was completely satisfied with the buying experience and would highly recommend the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Bought a Kia Telluride from Tony. He took a lot of time with me and was super informative on all aspects of the car buying process. I compared his price to other dealers and it was very competitive.

This is the most awesome truck! Everyone turns their head just to take a second look. I pass other 3/4 & 1/2 ton pickups and I feel their envy as I drive by them! I am really excited to own and drive this truck!

JE Autoworks LLCReviews
JE Autoworks LLC review
My 19 year old and his fiance just had my first grandson. They currently only have one car which was the the Saturn Ion I gave him that he "like his first Avenger" he clapped out and broke. I saw it and realized his fiance needed a car he can't touch lol. Enter bank of dad. I needed a car that will be a safe point A to point B for a fair price and this dealer had cars right where I was looking. I went there, explained my situation and asked what would be the best option. I got suggested a Malibu that after checking out told its own story that matched what I was explained. I drove it and while I'm at best a YOUTUBE certified mechanic, I'm a network engineer by trade and pretty handy. Shifted great, engine ran strong, and AC blew cold. This was a car that could easily be double sale price if they spent the money and labor in some body parts to make it "pretty" and a few hours of detailing. My son can fix stuff and have tons of detailing stuff for him to clean it. To anyone leaving bad reviews at a place like this, I can guess you probably just got unlucky. These places have to GET cars for less than what they are selling them for to make money. Obviously said person didn't find a car themselves for "x" price so they went to a dealer. The experience I had was that they were super up front and honest about what they're selling. At no point did I get the "if you just spent this much you'll get this or if this car is the most reliable car on earth, expect 1000000 miles etc". These are low cost, as is running and driving cars for a super fair price. I feel like I got one xxxx of a deal and now have the peace of mind knowing my grandson is in a safer car.
2007 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
Hands down The Best vehicle I've ever owned PERIOD!!!!! An absolute Beast of a truck but with all the bells and whistles and comforts you will ever need.

Car Connection of Bedford review
I purchased a 2016 Range Rover from these guys sight unseen, and from day one the entire staff lead by Natalie and Craig were very honest and professional, which is a rare thing these days. They were very genuine and accommodating throughout the entire process. They are truly good people who understand, that it's not just about selling the car, but building lasting relationships, and I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a good used vehicle. Their customer service is second to none, and their service department follow their lead in striving for excellence. Superb Job Guys!

Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet of Avon review
By far, the best vehicle purchasing experience we?ve ever had. Steven was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The exact vehicle we wanted was not on site, and he was able to get on the very next day. There was no hassles and no pressure to put us in a different vehicle than we wanted. The dealership was fair and reasonable regarding our trade-in, even more-so because we were trading in a handicap conversion van. I will be happy to sing the praises of Mark Wahlberg Chevrolet in Avon as well as encourage friends and family to ask for Steven when they are looking to purchase a vehicle .

I ordered this truck with specific options to carry a truck camper. The camper has not yet arrived so I can’t speak to the truck’s capability in that regard. I’ve only driven the truck 300 miles, but so far so good. The ride is firm, but not harsh. The Duramax engine is relatively quiet, has enormous power, and great acceleration. The dual rear wheels grip the curvy mountain roads in my region. I anticipate many reliable years and miles with this truck.

I live an hour away but saw a vehicle I wanted and after a month, I got it!!! 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sport Unlimited. Love it!!! Mojito 💚 green! Julie was great and they had to fix some things before I took it home, but my Loaner was a 2026 GMC 1200e truck so I couldn't complain. Thank you Julie & everyone else there that I had contact with. Super nice folks.

We did not end up buying from the dealership, but they were helpful and tried to find us a vehicle we were interested in.
2019 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 review
I bought this truck to pull my 9000 lb travel trailer, which was wearing out a half-ton pickup. The 3500 pulls it very well. Towing mirrors and brake controller are excellent. Where legal I towed with cruise control at 70 mph on I-80 from Cheyenne, WY to the Mississippi River. The truck did not slow or downshift for a hill the entire way. It got 12-15 mpg. There was absolutely no trailer sway, even without an anti-sway hitch. When not towing, the truck averages 23 mpg at 75 mph, with a range of about 600 miles/tankful. You can hear the diesel engine around town but not on the highway. The ride is heavy-duty, as expected, but very comfortable on the highway. The seats are great. The recommended tire pressure is for maximum load. I run 45 psi unloaded without setting off the tire pressure monitor. The truck rides and handles better that way. Anything I don't like? The headlights come on and the radio/GPS switches to night-time display mode in broad daylight depending on sun angle. I can't see the display while wearing dark glasses when it does that. You can't override this behavior. As for reliability I can't say much because I've only driven the truck 20,000 miles. So far, no issues. A major reason I went with GM was the fuel pump. It's worth researching diesel fuel pump lawsuits online.
