I called before visiting the dealership, after I stepped out of my truck I was greeted by Paul, and he asked me how he could help, I pointed to the truck I had called about and told him that one. We went in and did initial paperwork and went for a test drive. Upon returning sat down and discussed pricing and options, after coming to an agreement, the paperwork and financing went smoothly. It was the easiest and fastest vehicle purchase in a dealership I have had.

Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. That Annoying Check Engine Light came on suddenly and of course I was concerned about a possible break down in the winter. My Service Writer JAMES B. was very reassuring and informed me that they had the part in stock and would be able to take care of my Impala assuring me it wouldn't be too long. The waiting area was very comfortable and I was amazed on how many employees either held a door open for me or asked if I needed anything. It was a very pleasant experience and I felt like my Impala was getting professional care. A big thank you to JAMES B. for getting my Impala in and taken care of in such a timely manner.

I scheduled an appointment to have my bed treated with a spray on bed liner. I went in and they gave me a complimentary ride home. A couple hours later they called to let me know it was ready. So professional, so efficient.

I was interested in the Chevy Equinox EV, but had never owned an electric vehicle. As such, I needed a great deal of assistance. Fortunately, my sales person was RJ Mecherfieh. RJ provided me with an education about electric vehicles and the many features and options available on the Equinox EV. I was able to make an informed decision and am happy with the car that I purchased. The Equinox EV is a great car, my purchase and trade-in were handled professionally by the Advantage Chevrolet staff, and RJ could not have been a better sales person. I am a happy customer.
