Staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Only downside was having to wait for long periods of time for no reason. We were replacing our recently totaled 2016 Highlander with a 2017. Numbers were discussed and agreed on the day prior so that the next day would be hassle free and quick. Unfortunately, do to waiting for so long we were there for 3.5hrs.

all associates were very attentive to my presence on a busy day. they are professional under duress,[the place was packed] spent some time, met new people, and drove out with a 2014 outlander, discovered on there web site Brian Sten led me through the process like i'm family as did Tracy Goodwin, thanks guy's ! ps thanks to the boss for the new cap.
Buying process was calm. My husband usually gets pretty worked up but our salesman Jason was very nice to deal with. Very polite and informative. Would buy from Jason again. As for the showroom,needs updated. But you don't buy the showroom so it was ok.
Brad has helped us with two straight very reasonable leases (2014 Cruz, 2017 Trax). He's been nothing but professional, friendly, and helpful. He even went out of his way to help get an upgrade on our current Trax, without a price increase.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation and multi-point inspection which uncovered brake issues they had told me about on previous visits. Coupons help a lot.
