This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
Absolutely blown away by the level of service we got from Sutton Motorsports. From our opening request to the follow-up satisfaction check we were consistently impressed with how straight forward and accommodating Cody and his team were. Although we bought a different brand car we really like the atmosphere and the friendly people .
Service overall was fine. Came in on a Saturday, which is first come first serve, for an oil change and rotation. Was out within two hours of arriving. Only real problem i had was someone was burning either incense or a strong cheap candle that triggered my allergies as soon as I walked into the waiting area. Had to walk around the entire lot several time while waiting just to avoid the candle or whatever it was. When it came to check out, i was not asked to come to the cashier over the PA. Didn't know i was ready until the service person told me I was. Walked up to the cashier who was so enthralled with her phone that there were 4 tickets on the counter and when i tapped on the glass after standing there for a few minutes she jumped and finally realized she was at work and should be taking care of customers.
I had the best experience buying my vehicle here with Rachael Guzman as my sales person. She listened to all of my requests and founde a car I love for the price that was within our budget. She was also available for all of my calls and answered all of my questions throughout the process even after I bought the vehicle I highly recommend Rachael to anyone looking to purchase their next vehicle.
The folks at Gilbert Ford were awesome. Bobby was very helpful and didn’t try to push me into anything. He listened to what it was I was looking for and showed me vehicles that matched what I wanted. They got me into the perfect vehicle at a great price. From Erik who appraised my trade to the guys in finance, all the way up to Lee the manager, the entire staff was friendly and took the stress out of car buying!
Jeffrey from service department was very helpful. He noticed a piece missing from my daughters Honda Accord. Also brought to my attention that the battery was going to die & replaced. It for me under warranty. Also explained the importance to rotate and balance my tires every 20,000 miles. I did a rotation and balance. Wait time was not too long
We deal with Josh Carvalho, the service manager and Bryan Wells, the service adviser. They both go out of their way to work with us in getting our fleet of Volvos in for service in a timely fashion when issues crop up.
I recommend the Mazda product and Sales rep, Elijah Taylor, great and great. Ben M in finance ruined the whole experience because he threw a tantrum when I did not wish to hear and or purchase extended warranty product. To the point of demanding why I would not listen to his whole sales pitch and confronting my spouse as to why she would not say anything. He has issues but I am choosing to give Elijah the 5 stars he deserves. The other guy is creepy and should never be left alone with customers.
