I first met EJ at Radley Chevrolet about six months ago when I was considering purchasing a new vehicle. At the time, the numbers just did not make sense for me. I could have purchased the vehicle, but I would not have been able to trade in my current car, which would have left me with two car payments. What stood out to me was that EJ never pressured me. He was honest, patient, and completely understanding. He simply told me that he would be happy to help whenever I was ready. He did not constantly call or overwhelm me, but he checked in occasionally just to see how I was doing. Around the 4th of July, I decided it might finally be time to purchase a vehicle. I visited another dealership, but immediately felt pressured and uncomfortable. That experience reminded me of how EJ had treated me and that was with respect, kindness, and absolutely no pressure. I knew that if I was going to purchase a vehicle, I wanted to go back to EJ. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I never felt like he was simply trying to make a sale. I truly felt like he wanted to make sure I was making the right decision for myself. I had been waiting a long time for this purchase, and I am so glad I chose to work with EJ. He made the entire experience comfortable, positive, and exciting. EJ is not your typical pushy salesperson. He is professional, trustworthy, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. After viewing a vehicle online that I was interested in, I contacted the dealership to make sure the vehicle was still available. I was contacted by a salesman, Lamin Mathews, who worked with me to make sure all my questions and concerns were resolved. I decided to drive the 75 to 85 miles to the dealership. Lamin met me there and showed me the vehicle with a test drive that answered all my questions at that time. We decided to purchase the vehicle which was two years old and were transferred to Briana Grimes who handled all the financial/closing issues related to the sale. She could not have been any more helpful. Lamin finished up with setting our phone GPS up on the radio communication system to get us home safely. Both Lamin and Briana have worked with us since to resolve any questions that we had. At my age, 83, that can be frustrating to young people. Neither showed any signs of being annoyed or frustrated. We appreciated that very much. Everyone, including Lamin, Briana and the dealership deserve the highest ratings possible and we appreciate their service to us.

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Have owned other big vehicles like 3/4 ton 2500 Dodge Ram Hemi. I got a Duramax diesel engine in this Suburban. Saves on gas, believe it or not. Very comfortable, very smooth ride, and very quiet even after installing 2” lift and bigger tires. Have the Premier package. Definitely worth every bit of my money. Very heavy duty compared to the new 2024 Ford Expedition Max that I drove for quite some time. Has been very reliable. GM has been quick to fix any recalls. Have only had one recall. Compared to my Ram, it can keep up with all the towing and hauling just as much as my Hemi did. Turn radius is amazing. No problems! The 3.5 average rating on here is not accurate. Go test drive one for yourself.

2023 Chevrolet Suburban review
Been driving Suburbans since 2010. Love the amount of cargo space, and towing capacity. You won't be disappointed if chauffeuring kids and gear about. Repairs are better than average in my experience and many non dealer shops are out there who work on Chevys.

I came in with my Daughter looking for a nice car for her. We left with a great car, great deal and great experience. When we walked in the door we were paired up with sales associate Travis who introduced himself and got going figuring out what she wanted. Never once did he push. He set us up to look at 3-4 vehicles and 2 to test drive. We drove, the car that was eventually purchased, and came back ready to purchase. Travis carefully talked us through the purchase process. He was very careful to let us know that there was an open recall on the vehicle. We traded in her old vehicle and received a (more than fair) offer for it!. As we were going through the payment / signing process, he kept stopping in to see how we were doing . The gentleman who helped us with the paper work was pleasant and very helpful. When the decidedly un-painful process was over, her car was ready, clean, with a full tank and ribbon-on-top. Travis saw her out of the garage and on her way. Plus he recommended a killa pizza joint for dinner. Kudos Sir and kudos to CarMax.

I've done business at this dealership with Stephanie before so I already knew I was in good hands and this recent tire swap on myC8 Corvette Z06 with custom rims felt safe in the hands of their highly skilled serviceman, Sean. I dropped the car off late Monday evening and wasn't able to get there Tuesday evening before service department closed but they worked with me and I was able to get my car from a sales representative that evening. I didn't lost any of my OT and everything worked out. That's how this place is. Great customer support, gave pictures and updates theough the process, and quality they can stand behind.
