Was in the market for a nice low miles used car. Got in contact with Justin Myrick at the Troy dealership and he had a couple options that fit my needs. Went and test drove a couple vehicles and found the one i liked it was just a little out of my budget. Went home and did some research and talked to Justin a little more and realized he had the best deal on that vehicle around. Went back a couple days later and purchased the vehicle. Justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful in the car buying process. This is the second time we have done business with him and will definitely contact him for all our future car needs.

I cannot say enough good about Jace and Brandon! They truly are THE best in the business. They are very friendly, down to earth, very social, accommodating, and very easy to work with. We had a complicated deal and Jace worked very hard to find the perfect vehicle, and exceeded our expectations by finding the very vehicle my husband wanted! It doesn't have all the options he wanted, but they can be very easily installed. We are very pleased with the whole buying experience. If you are in the market for a used car, I very highly recommend Jace as your first choice! I see the bad reviews here and I understand, but don't let that stop you, some used cars will have issues no matter where you go, ours has been absolutely perfect!
I found a very specific Lexus I had been looking for online with these guys. Called them up and talked, very friendly. Drove two hours up later that night and picked it up. Very friendly people and they were drying it off for us since it was sleeting outside when we pulled up. Everyone was great and they beat our bank's rate (USAA). Everyone stayed late to accomodate our schedule and we drove off in 2 hours.

First of all, didn't have any idea that I would be driving off the lot in a brand new 2019 Kia Soul. Mr. James Lawrence service was outstanding!! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants a great deal!! The Hendricks lot itself was stellar!!
We found this dealership to be very professional AND very friendly and knowledgeable. We made an appointment with them for a car we saw on Cars.com and when we got there it was all ready - parked in front, clean with gas in it. They told us to take the keys and drive it and then we would talk. Could not believe how they acted as though we had good sense and treated us with respect - like dealers of old. It just so happened that particular vehicle did not match what we wanted - so they showed us another one that had just come in and wasn't cleaned up yet. We drove it - they offered us a price that could not be matched by any Charlotte dealership. Love our new vehicle and we've told everybody about Friendly Chevrolet/Buick and Lane - our sales person.
Hard the rate, not sure how the rest of the place is, but when you go in with the internet and you are looking for the best deal, you find a good deal and then they change the internet price with you sitting there in the salesman booth by 3000 dollars. I didn't think of it until I left, but that it fine they do not have my business.
