My lease was expiring soon so I was combing the area GM dealers while looking for my next car. Even though they were a bit of a distance for me they provided the best pricing and best customer service of any of the dealerships that I visited. My salesperson David went more out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the car and the purchase than any salesperson that I've ever encountered. Was looking at a used 14 Tahoe that was just Traded in. Was in Contact with Charlie . He was very helpful in returning emails . Though the price was Right and Tahoe was in Excellent Condition . I owed to much on my current Tahoe so the numbers didn't work for me. I would highly recommend this dealership and Charlie .
Just purchased our families fourth vehicle from Pioneer. We received fair trade on our truck and picked up the new vehicle the next day. They can have the vehicle ready for delivery the very next day, quicker than anywhere else we have purchased in the past. Exceptional customer service. Originally started with an E-mail inquiring about a car for sales. Responses were quick, professional and answered my questions. When we went there to look at the car they were very accommodating and no pressure to buy. We purchased the car we inquired about. Buying a car has never been an enjoyable experience, but this was very comfortable and pleasant!
I've been taking my Chevy vehicles to the Doyle Chevrolet service department for years and have always been treated with awesome customer service. So when the time came to purchase a new vehicle I did my research and decided to look into the Chevy Traverse. I stopped by randomly on a Saturday afternoon and met Phil Kunzer. He took the time to show my wife and I a few Traverse's on their lot, demonstrating and explaining all the features. We explained we just started the process and needed time to do our own research on various vehicles. Phil has been in the car industry for decades, but he's not the cliche car salesman. He allows you the time to go through the process at your own pace unlike other salesmen who try to close you within a few minutes. This was so refreshing. My wife and I researched and test drove the Explorer XLT the following week while staying in touch with Phil. He was very responsive to our emails and when I mentioned we wanted to come back for a test drive he had everything ready upon our arrival. I mean everything, he literally just handed us the keys as we walked in. This was completely different than my experience with other dealerships where I made appointments and ended up sitting around waiting for assistance. When we returned from our test drive my wife and I knew the Traverse was the vehicle for us. Phil was still a consummate professional, taking the time to go through different quotes and making sure we understood each detail. I admit, I never liked purchasing vehicles as I feel car salesmen are all the same, i.e. quantity over quality. However, Phil made us feel like a valued customer and treated us with patience and respect from beginning to the end. I would highly recommend Phil and the Doyle Chevrolet team if you're in the search for a new vehicle.
