Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

A cars.com search gave us plenty of options if we wanted to go a little farther outside our area. So I did the research & came up with a list of 7 dealers to shop from. My 1st stop was at Ultimate Rides in Morris, IL. As it turned out it was our last stop as well. We got a great deal on an 08 Pontiac G6 (about 2 grand less than we found closer to home). Dana Kuntz was great! Great at doing the soft sell. When I first contacted her the dealership didn't have the vehicle I wanted but she listened to me and the features we were looking for in a vehicle. They didn't have a vehicle similar to what I wanted when I called. A couple of days later and she called back someone just brought in a used vehicle that met my requirements, but wasn't the exact vehicle I asked about. Turned out it was a better deal than I expected. The vehicle had more features than I asked for and was in the ballpark price wise. She kept engaged but never over sold what she was offering and did not call me 100 times to see if I made up my mind. The finance staff was polite. I recommend giving Dana a call next time you buy a car. She may not have it in stock but my guess being patient can pay off. She will find the right car/ truck for you.
2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer review
Certainly enough power and comfort. Very roomy front and comfortable for passengers. The reviews call it sluggish and, it is not that during everyday use. I was shocked how well it drives after reading reviews. I got a great looking white 2024 RS in perfect shape with 9.000 miles on it. Much much better than expected meets ALL of my needs and, expectations.
