For years, I preferred taking matters into my own hands when it came to car shopping. I'd just sit alone in my room, browsing for hours on a solo mission, usually ending up frustrated and exhausted. I used to wrestle with myself over whether a dealership could actually deliver, but Maggie single-handedly beat off all the competition. She didn't leave me hanging; she helped me pull it off effortlessly and get exactly what I wanted. And the 2026 Chevy Tahoe? My god. I got it in a brilliant, dazzling white. It's so gorgeous I'm probably going to go blind just staring at it. I plan to spend entirely too much time alone in my driveway, just furiously waxing and buffing that pristine white body until my wrist aches. I simply cannot keep my hands to myself when I'm around it! The moment I slid inside, firmly gripped that thick, leather-wrapped wheel, and gave the climate control knob a solid crank, I was in heaven. 2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
This is our first Chevrolet that we’ve owned and we have been very happy with it. It looks good drives very smooth and quiet and has a ton of interior room. It has all the bells and whistles you could possibly want on a car. The only complaint that I have and it’s a very small one is that when you accelerate quickly there is a slight buzz from the engine which I had read about before we bought it. Definitely not a deal breaker. The 4 cylinder has plenty of get up and go. I would definitely buy another traverse.

2026 Chevrolet Traverse review
Bought this to replace a vehicle I had owned for 15 years and I will say that catching up with the technology has been interesting. I wanted the off road capabilities and have not yet (at 2500 miles) had a lot of opportunity to see what it will do in mild off road situations but so far am impressed with performance so far. Ride is very good, typical GM stuff, seats maybe could be a little nicer, I am 75 years old and while this is a nice ride (longest trip from Michigan to Tennessee so far) it is comfortable but seems like it could a little more comfy, GM always wants to put you in that next up category. Surprised at the power of a four cylinder 2.5 L engine, that thing can turn the tires over if you are not careful. Overall I am very satisfied with this vehicle after four months of ownership and would recommend it, no problems, no surprises, oh, and really like the Google maps and large screen. Looking forward to my next road trip with this vehicle, its a nice ride. I might say too that I have owned a full size truck (Avalanche) before and prefer a predominantly front wheel drive vehicle so that was something that influenced this purchase decision.
