So far it has driven well and feels good. The mileage wasn't awful for the year it is. I've never owned a Chevy so I'm hoping there aren't many major issues.

I recently purchased an F150 from this location and was thrilled with my overall experience! My sales representative was Jeffrey Weidmaier. His customer service skills are very rare nowadays. His honesty and charisma has lead me to purchase two vehicles from him. We told him what vehicle we were looking for and went above and beyond to locate the right vehicle for our needs. He has followed up with me on both purchases to confirm that I was satisfied with my vehicles. I highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a vehicle. Benjamin McGary was the manager we spoke to during our visits. Customer service is definitely a culture at this entire dealership as he was extremely professional and sympathetic to our budget and needs. It's great to see a manager get involved with their staff and have face to face interactions with the customer. Sarah Sarvey was a very nice woman working at the desk in the main entrance of the building. We had our young children with us and she gave them both crayons, a coloring book and a balloon. This definitely kept the kids entertained and made the shopping experience much easier. She offered everyone popcorn and refreshments as well. Her service was also outstanding. Guy Johnson was our finance guy. He was very patient with us while we had our children in his office. We apologized for the children being noisy and he simply told us not to worry as had children the same age. He made us feel very comfortable and we appreciate that tremendously. He went into great detail about the warranties and made sure we understood exactly what we were purchasing. The owner of this dealership must be doing something right to keep such a great staff around. The camaraderie around the dealership is refreshing. Teamwork is obviously a top priority at this dealership. I look forward to working with these guys again and strongly recommend anyone in the area to swing buy for a great and reliable vehicle. I promise, you won't regret it!

I had looked at a used SUV in Wichita, and was hounded by the salesmen, put through the whole production of making me sit and wait for 45 minutes while they "crunched numbers" to finally come back with an offer higher than the vehicle was listed on cars.com!, and then was barely allowed to leave unless I bought the vehicle. Really unpleasant. So, I drove 210 miles to Savannah, MO and worked with a very courteous, no-pressure salesman named Matt Ahlquist. He was very nice to work with, and seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I would rate him and the finance guy a 10; they were amicable, pleasant, and willing to work with my requests. The two negatives and the reason I gave the entire experience an 8 instead of a 10, is that every time Matt took my offer into the room where the sales manager and 4-5 other men were sitting, they would always start laughing. Every single time we negotiated back and forth. I'm a single woman buying a vehicle alone. I don't think they gave any thought to how that looked from my perspective sitting only 10 yards away. It seemed like that every point of negotiation was a joke to them, which only made me feel like the butt of the joke. Secondly, I turned down the offer TWICE for a Clear Coat on the exterior and a fabric protector on the interior. Then, another salesman, who was very nice, but crossed the line into being quite pushy about getting me to take their offer for the interior/exterior protection. They must stand to make quite a bit of money from that deal, because they were willing to go to extreme measures to get me to buy it. It was his pushiness that actually convinced me NOT to get it. Like, it's not worth it and why do they care so much if my paint job looks glossy?....and really, "spilling BLEACH" in my car is not something that's ever happened in all my years of driving. Overall, however, it was a beautiful day for a drive, I left with a beautiful FJ Cruiser that I was happy about the interest rate and the deal we negotiated, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend them. Other than those two issues, I like the way they do business.

After looking in Omaha and Kansas City, the best deal for my 2016 Navigator was right here in St. Joe. My sales rep, Skyler Newberry was knowledgeable, accessible and never made me feel pressured like other sales reps can. The sales manager, Nate Lehmer went out of his way to make sure my money stayed local and to earn my business. And from past experience, I know their service department is unparalleled. I could not recommend Anderson Ford, Lincoln more highly. If you're in the market, go see Skyler Newberry!

This vehicle has everything, not only did we fall in love with it our family did as well!! I expect to keep this car for a long time

The staff at Anderson Ford was awesome and very friendly. The staff members I talked to were friendly and kind. We did not feel awkward or lost. All of them from the front door to us driving away in a vehicle were willing to help and just make conversation. These salesmen are the ones who helped the most. I knew Nate Lehmer from a prior dealership. He was the only sales person I had dealt with in the past and the only one I wanted to continue doing business through. I called him up and asked him if he could get me a different new/used car. Not only did Nate help me and got the ball rolling, but he also introduced me to other individuals working at Anderson Ford. I worked with Ryan Piatt while my mom dealt with Anthony Tony. I wanted a GMC or Chevy brand of vehicle and I ended up with a GMC Terrain. If it was not for Ryan Piatt doing everything he could to get the vehicle I wanted with all the items I was looking for at a good price, I would have taken my business else where. He stuck it out and found the vehicle I wanted. He spent hours helping me and dealing with me, he has went above and beyond excellent customer service. My mom bought a Ford Fusion. She is not a Ford fan and never has been. Anthony worked the deal and did everything he could think of, like being straight up honest with her and he ended up selling her the car. Which now she loves. If it wasn't for Nate helping us out and pairing us with amazing sales men neither one of us would have bought a new/used vehicle. The last person on my list is Stanley Smallwood. Not only is this guy hilarious but he made the paperwork easy and a breeze. He did not sugar coat it or talk us into things we were not interested in. He made this part not seem so dreadful or a pain. All four of these guys make an excellent team and I would recommend them to anyone. They are the only ones I will deal with from here on out when trying to get into a new/used/ different vehicle. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!! From the outside the vehicle is very appealing and also very comfortable from the inside. But upon driving it for any longer than a week you’ll come to find that the power steering in these vehicles is shotty to say the least. The vehicle has under 100000 miles on it and is already harder to turn than a vehicle with no power steering at all. My 95 s10 with 200000 miles plus on it has better power steering than this thing.

I started looking for a vehicle a couple of weeks ago and found a nice used truck I liked. So I drove to the dealership and worked with Jeff Weidmaier. After driving that truck I realized it just wasn't for me. Rather than trying to force me into a truck I didn't like based on a hidden agenda, Jeff took the time to show me three more trucks that he thought would fit what I was looking for a little better. He was, by far, the most knowledgeable and patient salesman I've had the pleasure of working with (and that's across any sales field!) The negotiations we're faster and easier than I expected. The prices simply are the lowest in five hundred miles and unlike other dealers that advertise super low prices and then expect to buy your's for pennies on the dollar, Victory doesn't. They actually gave me a more than fair offer for my trade. I came into this whole experience looking for a reason to be upset or not to trade trucks. Thanks to Jeff and the rest of the Victory crew I was/am happily disappointed. There's only one place I trust now and that's Victory. Thanks Jeff!

Great family vehicle, seats 7, all leather interior, very stylish vehicle inside and out! The wife loves it and so do I. We went with the captain's seats in front, back and far back seat is a bench that is easily lowered for room for luggage or the family dog.

Great experience, great service- happy all around!! Wife is stoked - only complaint... Justin Bieber on the radio!
