The dealership was very responsive in reaching out to me about a used car I had inquired about. They set up a time to come see the vehicle the next day and were very flexible in seeing me close to closing time. Overall the dealership was ok, but the used car building definitely was not as nice as the Buick GMC dealership building. Overall they were quick with responses and although I didn't buy a car through them, they assisted me well in all my questions.
Robert & Drew in the Service Department went above and beyond to accommodate my work schedule to have my mother's 2008 Impala serviced. This is the best service department I have ever experienced so far. I hope that Wollam Chevrolet will continue their exceptional service as I will continue to have only Wollam Chevrolet service my mother's 2008 Impala since we purchased it new at Wollam Chevrolet in August 2008. The service department mechanics have always done an exceptional job of fixing my mother's 2008 Impala without having to worry if they corrected the problem the first time without having to bring it back. Plus as a bonus, my mother was offered a senior discount to help her with the repair bill. We also like that Wollam Chevrolet has a free oil change with every 5 oil changes and discount coupons sent to help with maintenance and repairs. Initially went to look st a pre owned vehicle. Wound up looking at 4 pre owned vehicles. The sales person Nick Sugar was both patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles as we dragged him from car to car. He didn't get upset pr anxious and never "pushed" a certain vehicle as other dealers that we visited had done Once we got back in the office and discussed numbers we decided to look at a 2019 Equinox. Bottom line we bought a 2919 Equinox and Nick was the most patient and got us both the vehicle and color we wanted at a price we needed. A very positive buying experience.
My experience at Sweeney Chevrolet has always been excellent! I???ve been there many times before for cars, in tight situations, and they???ve always been extremely helpful. This time around, however, was by far the best. The salesman, David Sabolsky, that I worked with last time gave me the best customer service. He was so genuine, kind and all around so helpful. He didn???t try to pressure me like so many other car salesmen do and was just, all around, a very trustworthy employee to do business with!!
The staff was friendly and helpful and solved my problem with my keys needing preprogrammed without killing the battery in the process. It was busy today so I waited in the lounge area, but it was clean and comfortable and I had hot chocolate while waiting. I was impressed with the neat and clean restrooms as well.

Everyone at the dealership is friendly and takes the time to explain things. Brenda Milliner was wonderful to work with. She spent several hours with me and explained everything to me each step of the way. She also took the time to answer all of the questions I had. I was at the dealership getting an oil change and left with a new vehilce.
