They were emailed me back and I talked to them on phone they were very nice and was very helpful with trying to help me find what I was looking for.we went to there auto center but did not pay a vehicle.
Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. I truly had a positive experience with everyone I interacted with at Lindsay Chevrolet. I did not feel any pressure to purchase a vehicle. My salesperson, Demitrius “DJ” Johnson, was very nice and knowledgeable. When I say EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER service…that is what I mean. DJ drove over 30 miles to my house to pick my family and me up so that we could test drive and inspect the vehicle. He worked with others at the dealership to ensure I had a monthly payment I could afford. He also brought us dinner!!! Mr. Haziz, in the financing department was very helpful as well. Everyone was truly professional. I will definitely recommend Lindsay Chevrolet to everyone I know who is in the market to purchase a vehicle.
Brandi was AMAZING!!! Our experience started with a cold call from Brandi about trading in a vehicle that we were extremely up side down on. Brandi found us two vehicles that we could get into and not break the bank. Upon arrival she was very nice and gave us a lot of time to think about what we wanted to do. She stayed with us through the whole thing. Brandi was the polar opposite of what you think of with a car sales person. Angel the manager was awesome as well. This dealership has a great service department and a cool soda machine :)
Pros: Good clean facility, many choices, flexible hours, professional staff. Cons: Vehicles considerably overpriced--many times more than the dealer, trade in vehicles considerably underpriced. For instance, the Mercedes Benz S500 that I wanted was priced $2200 more than the local dealer and they offered me $17000 for my vehicle which I sold two days later for $25000. For those reasons, this is a good place to research different types of vehicles but buy only after checking at a local dealer.
