We purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country from Vande Hey Brantmeier in Appleton. The price was better than anything we found in the greater Milwaukee area. Dennis and Dan were an absolute pleasure to work with. No hassle. No pressure. Just helpful and accommodating at every turn. Most of all, they were honest.

This car pretty much has everything, more than I have ever had on a car.
Plenty of leg room, ample cargo space, love the white diamond pearl paint and the chrome wheels
Dan and Dennis go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Just bought our 2nd vehicle from them today. Will definitely refer our friends and family to them. Thanks for the Great customer service!

At 12K miles I replaced the rear shocks, no hard driving. Stock rims are alloy but feel more like cheap sheet metal. I cracked 2 Rims, then bent another. No hard driving, maybe some rough patches on US 1 and I95.
Tires would constantly leak with the hubcaps on ( After the rims were replaced ) I believe the the hubcaps were also rotating and pressing the valve stems.
Car alarm went bad at 55K miles . I traded the car in at 76K miles.
I experienced friendly service and good follow from at this dealer. Even though I have not purchased the vehicle yet... I will be back soon.

Had my 2008 Dodge Dakota in for new tires. Steve in the service department informed me that I needed to have my truck inspected to continue the lifetime engine and drive train warranty. As it turned out several items that needed repair were found and I was able to have them repaired under warranty. I've dealt with Steve for over 10 years. He has always treated me fair and has saved me from paying for repairs that were covered by warranty. He is a credit to the dealership and is a perfect example of why it is best to have your vehicle serviced at an authorized dealer. I've saved money in the long run by doing so.
Thank you Steve!!!!
2012 Chevrolet Equinox LS Review
Worst sub ever owned

Not sure what Chevy has done wrong? But our Equinox was a issue shortly after we purchased it new on Feb of 2012! Like all cars and anything else new you have high hopes and expectations, well the Equinox fell very very short.. At around 7k mile our front strut started rattling. Mounting bolts came off @ 20k miles we started having transmission issues that the dealer gave us run the around about since it was not consistent but it would occasionally slam into the next gear after sitting at a stop light or stop sign and it was time to move. Fought this issue for several month's. Finally at 30k mile the dealer supposedly fix the issue! During the same time frame we noticed a change in the engine noise. After checking it appeared the engine was 3 quarts low on oil. I am very strict with all vehicle services on all my vehicle's. The on board computer stated we still had 50% oil life remaining. So I put in oil took it back to Chevy. Only to have tgem tell me it's normal for these engines to consume a quart of oil about every 1 to 2 thousand miles! Which did not make sense. Based on there theory and the on board computer if I followed from that point on my engine would not only be negative (not really) 3 quarts of oil once the computer tells me at 15% oil life to pwrform a oil change which is about 7500 miles. The engine would blow up from no oil left! So I started doing oil changes at 3000 miles which with full synthetic started to get expensive. This continued until they realized lots if these engines were having a big problem. So for $158 labor the dealership would perform a consumption test and then extend your engine warranty to 150k miles. (They really do have a known issue just Google it) so had that done but still had to keep topping off the oil. At 3000 miles this oil would come out blacker than fresh asphalt! So now fighting trans slipping again at 60k miles that dealer will not cover any more and oil disappearing routinely.
Car is only little past 3 years old at this time. A couple trans flushes seemed to help the slipping. At year 4 the defrost/floor selector stopped working cost to repair over $500 Due to mostly labor to remove the entire radio/center stack to replace Yeap you guessed it cheap part that chevy used and the service advisor knew all to well about stated he gets at least 2 a month in and or parts dept is usually out of stock for the upgraded part.
As the oil issue continued throughout its life with us. Over the next couple year's went through other issues. 1/2 dash lights not working. Rear wiper stopped working head light switch went out all different times. Electric seat warmer. Rear hatch handle. Just could not deal with this horrible vehicle any more. At year 7 with only 86k miles on it we gladly traded it in. Sorry chevy you lost a lifelong customer! Purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage for less than what the Equinox cost me with more bells and whistles. I would avoid these lines of subs like the plague! I've owned several vehicles in my 52 years of life and I have never heard or seen of engines just using oil for no reason. I have a 02 chevy avalanche with 300k all original miles on it and the only oil it uses is a small drip from the rear main not enough to even notice on its dipstick. Also own a 2012 Kia Rio with 135k miles on it never a drop of oil and a flawless car if I may say! If you buy a Equinox hope you enjoy the dealership or other mechanic!
We have speen shopping around for a particular nice used truck and Horn Ford had one. We visited them on a Saturday and were treated very friendly - no high pressure. After a test drive we talked about the purchase of this vehicle. By Wednesday of the week we decided to make the purchase and the next Saturday we picked it up. Again, a very easy visit with the truck prepped and paperwork ready. After driving the truck home (3 hrs) and on the next day, we found a new issue with the truck. We informed Horn Ford of the issue and even though they were not obligated, they really stepped up and helped to resolve the issue. Much appreciated!

This car meets all my needs. I bought it brand new and I am still driving it. Not a single problem. I follow the manual for regular services.
Great customer service, they made the buying experience very easy on my end. During the financing part the dealership went over all of the numbers on exactly what we were buying and broke all the numbers down for us which I appreciate. Everything was handled professional. I also thought there prices were good on most of there vehicles. I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

This car meets all of my needs and is everything i neeeded for my big family. So much room and drives so well. I reconmend to anyone
I was recently vacationing in Egg Harbor, when the latch on the rear hatch of my VW Jettawagon stopped functioning. I needed to replace it because it would not even stay latched. Broadway was the nearest dealer (65 miles away). I called and talked to Eric Young (?) who told me that the part was in stock. I asked if he could overnight it to my rental unit, and he said he could just send it out UPS and it would get there the next day. He also answered a few questions about its installation, since I was really to far away to just bring it in. I paid for the part and the UPS, and my problem was solved! It arrived as promised and I was able to install it. This could have been a very unhappy situation with having to tie down my hatch everywhere I went on the next 3 weeks of vacation. Instead, the helpful staff at Broadway lit up my day!
I have been doing business with Broadway for over 35 years. I remember Jim Cuene coming out to shake my hand when I picked up my vehicle. I have to say that I was more than a little disappointed when I purchased a pre-owned Ford Explorer from Broadway on Ashland in January 2915. While it had over 120,000 miles on it, I was assured the vehicle would be reliable. It wasn't. During only my second oil change last week I was told it would need $1,000+ in repairs. I probably only returned to Broadway because I had a friend who was a sales associate at the Military site. His name is Ken Yahnke. He did a tremendous job, unlike the previous high pressure guy I had last winter. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be leaving Broadway last Thursday (June 9th) with a new Hyundai. I have never bought a foreign car in my life, swore I never would, but there is one in my garage right now. I admit to feeling guilty buying a Korean Automobile. Fingers crossed! In the end, another vehicle purchased at Broadway!
One more thing. I have always done business with the Ashland site. I was set up to have a Ashland site service associate. Then I was told last week I would need to have any service work needed to be done at the Military Ford location. Ashland only "worked on Chevys." What?

Feels Great having the height advantage in my SUV
February 14, 2019
This thing hauls, well, pretty much everything. My Family of six and 3 other adult relatives, the shortest being around 5 foot 8, travel with unbeleivable comfort. Bottom line, there is no better SUV in the market
Ed Baldwin was an amazing person to work with! Not only did we have substantial repairs, but we were having difficulties with our warranty company, Ed assisted us in every way possible, including a seamless rental process. He even called days after just to check and see how everything turned out. Ed goes above and beyond for his customers and I would highly recommend service at Gandrud.

What was looking for as last year end of production and options. Over all car feels if previous owners did there best to maintain, though tranny going to overdrive a little sloppy
I am looking for a car for my son who will turn 16 soon. The sales people were very friendly and helpful. They let me take a car out and drive it with just my son and I. They did not put pressure on me to buy anything right away which I appreciated.

We are a rapidly growing family and this car is perfect for us! It’s roomy and comfortable and exactly what we were looking for! We love it!!
It is tough, smart and great on gas. Im enjoying my new speakers the smart phone compatability is very handy. Also the Chevy Colorado drives smooth in towns with rough roads and on the highway. 100% recomend purchasing one of these vehicles.
