Jesse and the Sales Manager at I-10 Chrysler Dadge made my new car purchase the best experience I have ever had. They gave me a fair price on my trade in, offered tremendous financing and completed the deal in record time. I definitely look forward to doing business with them again!

Good job by all ! Service writer Lady was knowledgeable polite and happy. Claudia the shuttle driver was a delight and timely. The only thing that would make my experience better would have been a car wash and a vacuum on the inside.
My service agent Denise was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Staff around the facilities were friendly and ready to serve you even though it was busy. I was offered water 5 times by different associates(when it’s 114 degrees outside that’s AMAZING) 5 stars around the board. A few minor details I would hope to see in the future would be to take the paper car mat and plastic seat liner out of vehicle upon return as well as the parts area really promoting their mopar parts and upgrade accessories. Visuals to me are awesome... IMO other than that it was a good time at i10 dodge. Thank you.
I have been with La Quinta Cadillac of the Desert since 2010. We just purchased a new 2018 XT5. Rosemary was our sales person and we ate very happy with her.

Drove down from l.A. to look at used vehicle after being treated like “they thought I was an idiot” at other dealerships. I had purchased a vehicle and made a trade at Crystal eight years ago when we had a home in the desert. Great experience and great deal. Salesman was great and they went out of their way to be courteous and fair.
I previously went to a Chrysler dealership by my home and was treated like crap. I found the truck on Cars.com contacted Ralph and he treated me great. Everything we discussed over the phone was exactly what happened. Thank you for being a great person and a man of your word.
Best car buying experience yet...and we have bought several over the years. Went to just look at a couple new ones and ended up with a great used Jeep Liberty Renegade. Had emailed Peter beforehand that we were coming in. He was busy with another customer so Ernie helped us out. They were so busy that day they called in an extra finance guy to help get everyone going. The sales and finance people we dealt with were great. Highly recommend Crystal Chrysler!
I got my 2017 124 Spider Lusso from Fiat USA of Palm Springs, the Fiat dealer associated with Crystal Chrysler. These cars are hard to find right now as they just came in and finding one equipped as I wanted with in the color combination in Southern California was not an easy task with many dealerships playing around with "Market Pricing". Steve Montoya of Fiat USA of Palm Springs quoted me the price via email which was thousands less then other dealers and even $600 less than the next best dealer. Their pricing was straight sticker less the factory rebate. It was well worth the drive east to Cathedral City over going west to Orange County or Los Angeles. Ernie Sandez was there to make delivery because Steve was taking care of other business. There was no messing with pricing from the time I got the email on Wednesday until I took delivery on Friday. The time at the dealership was relatively quick but there was a little bit of a wait to get things done with the "Finance Manager", Leighton "Lee" Malcolm but he was busy with another deal. The time in finance took about 45 minutes and went quite smoothly. I was pre-approved with a letter stating so from my CU but still had to go through credit check which I did not want to do to avoid the hit on my credit but this was the only way they'd do it, not even wanting to call the CU to verify. I was soft sold the extended warranty and "Desert Protection" was offered but not at all pushed. Even though this and the "Market Demand" increases were on the dealer sticker on the windshield they took these "extras" off without any hassle unlike other dealers that haggle about that sort of stuff. All in all, These guys are straight shooters and easy to deal with and make the car buying experience as pleasurable as it can be.
I used to hate everything about the process of buying a car. In the past, at other dealerships, I felt rushed and pressured by the sales staff, the price/interest negotiation was awful, and it seemed like they were purposely taking their time so I would just give up and agree to their terms. My experience at Jessup was a dream compared to what I???ve gone through before. I feel like the sales staff really listened to me. I could tell they thoughtfully considered what I wanted in a car and then gave me several options that would???ve worked. I looked at used and new cars, took several out for test drives, and never felt pressured or hurried in any way. I even left to take my wife to lunch and when I got back, we picked up right where we left off. I ended up getting a steal of a deal on a 2018 Chevy Traverse and I couldn???t be happier!
