Basically, I believe that when selling new cars there shouldn???t be any problems with the car. Due to my experience here I had to wait an extra hour and a half after purchasing the vehicle. It should have been all ready to be received upon purchase
I visited Rick Case Acura because I was looking to lease a 2018 RDX. My salesperson was Kimberly and she exceeded my expectations in her knowledge and willingness to deliver great customer service. She provided a proper presentation that allowed me to understand the vehicle's features. I decided to do the lease and then comes the hard part for me and that is the negotiation. Kimberly and the Sales Manager were great to work with and assisted me in getting a good deal. I picked up my RDX the next day and the process was smooth. I was introduced to my service contact person, the service manager, and the cashier. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process
Salesman Dion alcantara was more than helpful,he was very patient ,it wasn't until I went into the finance person Carlos that everything changed.i purchased the road hazard and some stupid program called dot.three days later tried to cancel both I could only cancel road hazard but I won't get credit till lease runs out.is that Fu or what.the other I was told x Carlos I couldn't cancel when the contract gives you thirty days to cancel.at this point I am thinking of cancelling the theft system also.i am so upset over this experience.and to top it all I have to worry about not having a spare.how stupid is that?
I hate going to dealerships but my lease was coming to an end, I needed to get into a new car I hated the car I had I wanted something bigger for my family. As I walked up to the dealership I was greeted by Mo. I explained to him the car I had and what I want car,payment,money down etc..All at once just to get it out of the way. Mo told me to look at two cars and I test drove one I feel in love with the GMC Terrain. Now you think the hard part.... well it actually wasnt at all Jason the new Manger came over give me I great price and the process wasnt too long at all. Mo was such a great help and I would truly recommend everyone going to him at the dealership.
Mark Epperson was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable. He made the purchase incredibly easy and quick. Best buying experience I've ever had at any dealership. Even after purchasing my 2018 S3 he still makes sure I'm well taken care of. Even though Audi Fort Lauderdale is about 30 miles away from home, I will continue to go there for all my vehicle services. Everyone I've encountered at Audi Fort Lauderdale has given me nothing but outstanding customer service. Will highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase/lease a Audi. A+++

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Mr, Brahm Alexis did everything he could do to help me get the exact car I wanted. He always was very kind too. I had no pressure from him. It was a very enjoyable experience from beginning to end. Your entire team made me feel very welcome at all times. I have leased 3 Buicks from the Coral Springs dealership - 4 total Buicks.. That tells you that you all are doing the right things to serve your customers!
I can't rave enough about the quality of service I received in buying a car in June. Mario was exceptional. He was able to help me with identifying my needs and choosing the best car for me and my family. Due to his great customer service, wealth of knowledge and expertise, I will continue buying my vehicles through this dealership. This is my 3rd car with Nissan in 5 years. Mario was the best sales person I've dealt with my entire life. Due to me being active military, I was unable to give the great review he deserved. Highly recommended! The sales person was able to hit it off the bat in regards to what I was looking to buy. One of the things that called my attention was that she took the time explained everything the car consisted of in detail. Very smooth purchase, feeling content with my new Fiat.
