I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.

Car met initial family purchase the car now. Engine power train problem began at 57,000 miles/6 year 2 months. horrible. Senior citizen driver. No other option.
Pleased with service given. Staff was friendly and professional in performance of their jobs.

I am so pleased with my 2015 suburban. We were looking for a Great family vehicle that we won’t out grow and this is it. All the tech is easy to use and makes driving the suburban feel luxurious! The suburban blows my 2014 Acura TL out of the water in comfort and ride. It’s much more quiet and drives so smooth. The turning radius is impressive. I cannot be more happy with this vehicle.
Had a great experience. Had my car serviced and was very pleased. Tim Neff was very helpfull in the service department. Also Casey Carper at the reception desk was very helpfull and friendly.

Had a good experience at Lux Auto and Billy Mish as the salesman Having a good amount of knowledge on every vehicle we looked at. No pressure, friendly, courteous, and did whatever it took to please the customer. I got a little more truck than what I needed but the deal was in my price range and I really liked what I saw and the few extras that made the sale final. I have owned this car for less than two years and have been into the service department more than 14 times. I don't make a lot of money in life and I finally could afford a new vehicle and this was the worst choice I have ever made in my life.
This truck was my dream of owning when I retired. My dream came true in Feb 2017. I retired from civil service May 2016 after working 38 yrs. I got my 2017 Silverado LTZ. I enjoy driving it and feel so comfortable even in my short height (4'11"). It is very dependable and very truck looking in shiny black. I an still receiving compliments on how the truck looks brand new.
My husband and I broke down on our way home from TN back to NY. We realized our local Ford dealer messed up our Escape as we were halfway home when they did a routine oil change. We had to call a tow truck and were towed to this Ford dealer after service hours and Kevin Delawder went above and beyond to help us out and make it so we could get home. Highly recommend based off hospitality of this fella alone. Thanks again!

This car has great handling, strong engine, extraordinary external and interior looks. Looks like an exotic sport car (Ferrari, Lamborguini), and drives like one. Is amazing the close to the floor seating feeling with an almost jet cockpit design interior, many electronic features, the NAPA red interior is lovely. The only thing wrong is the poor reliability of this car, very bad compared to the excellent Japanese reliability, and the resale value compared to what it cost you is terrible. My prior '14 Camaro ZL1 and my '11 Mustang GT had much better reliability compared to the Stingray's reliability, GM went quality cheap with their Sport car flagship: Corvette.
Glen, Adam and Josh were great while addressing my repairs on the 2012 GMC Acadia they all should be commended for there outstanding service. Especially Josh for take very good care of us during the time our car was in for repairs. Thanks for the loaner car during the repairs.Everything was done as promised. Thank to all, Jim and Becky Fox

This truck has more usb and power points than u can use . It does not ride like a truck even being a 4-wheel drive. The radio is smarter than me but give me time. In my opinion you can’t go wrong with this truck

Looking for MPG went for the V6, I know it isn't a race car but some more umf would be good, haven't tried towing yet.
In and out quickly even given it was an more serious repair that required the vechicle to be at the dealer overnight.

I like this truck a lot...the ride is excellent, and it handles like a dream...i wish it would accelerate a little faster, and it slides quite a bit in slippery snow conditions...it gets through deep snow great though...overall its an awesome choice...great family vehicle

Definitely feel like i got some bang for my buck on this one. The Gas mileage is OUTSTANDING!. Sleek little car with a ton of interior space and ridiculous get up and go for such a tiny, gas saving engine. I think overall to say I am pleased would be an understatement.

This car has been everything! I wanted a vehicle I could feel safe in and would get me where ever I needed with out a problem. It has all wheel drive which is great in the state I live in. It has plenty of room and it’s very sleek inside. I’m so happy I made this purchase.
I cannot tell you enough how pleased I am with my car buying experience. I was searching for a car for a few weeks and starting to think I may not be able to find something I was looking for that would fit into my budget. I came across an add for just the one I was looking for at Shenandoah Buick GMC. I went in and checked it out, and it was perfect! The best part though was that I was able to get payments I was comfortable with. The salesmen worked with me to get me more than anywhere else for my trade in which really helped to get the best deal, better than I thought possible! I have owned over 20 trucks in my life so far and this truck is so far the most rugged and yet most comfortable one i have had,,it fits in my garage even with the zr2 off road package
Kelly was great. Our second car with her. Things went quickly, she was patient and caring. Seems all the people at Beyer were top of the line.
Kelly has unique insights since she really knows cars well having much service experience before her transition into sales. You can't go wrong.
Too many problems within two years.

Cost nearly $1,000 to fix the ignition switch within the 1st two years. Of course it was not covered in the warranty. Cost another $800 within the first 13 months which was not covered. They rotated the tires and messed up the computer for them. The car was showing low tire pressure on the wrong tires every single time. I would not recommend this truck to no one!!
Dealing with Apple Valley Hyundai and my great salesman Steven Trevor was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very professional and curtious and caring. Not pushy or being in a hurry for me to purchase my new vehicle.
