I was shopping for a pick-up, stopped into two dealerships and looked at their F-150, saw a advertisement from Granger Motors a lot less money for their F150. So stop in talked to Bill McAtee about an F-150, he bet the price of the other dealer, so I drove off with a F-150, no pressure to buy, it was great!!
I traded my current vehicle for a new Ram 1500. This is the third vehicle I have bought here. I have tried other dealers and have walked out more than once after getting frustrated with the games they play. Granger has always given me a great offer the first time and I never felt taken advantage when doing a deal. The whole team was friendly and accommodating. Love the new Ram!
When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.
I found my Pontiac Montana sv6 online and went to see it they waited on me after hours to get there. They were super nice polite and helpful let me rest drive look at and not pressure me into it. Just gave me car fax without asking and I even came back another day with wife and 2 year old and newborn again after hours to look at again. Went there to look at a Buick LaCrosse, and trade in my Buick Lucerne. They were very nice, attentive, I had someone help me right away. The seller wasn't pushy, gave me all the numbers I'd need, and it didn't take a long time to do any of it. When I told him I wanted to go home and sleep on it, he was perfectly fine with that, and didn't push me or anything as I've experienced in other situations.
Gave me more than fair trade value, got a good price on the car itself. All in all I was very happy with my transaction.
I stopped by here to look at one specific vehicle that I had called about earlier in the day. The salesman met me at the specified time and was very cordial without being pushy. I decided to purchase the vehicle after negotiations and was very pleased with the entire experience. I will definitely purchase my future Chevy product from them.

After researching vehicles the Jeep Cherokee fit the needs of my family. We were able to take my "must have" list and find the perfect vehicle. The sales people were very helpful to work with.

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
