I REALIZE NOW THAT MY FRUSTRATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN DIRECTED AT THE GENTLEMAN AT THE SERVICE GARAGE THAT MADE EVERYTHING DIFFICULT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I GETTING THE WARRANTY HONORED. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THAT SERVICE GARAGE. I RECIEVED ANOTHER CALL FROM THAT SAME MANAGER LATER IN THE DAY AND HE TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD HONOR MY WARRANTY AND REPAIR THE CAR. HOW MANY CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE EVER DONE THAT? MY FAITH IN GORDON CHEVROLET HAS BEEN RESTORED. I CANNOT SAY THANK YOU ENOUGH. NEVER GIVE UP HOPE. My primary 'experience' with CarMax has been the sale of my 2012 Lexus RX350, high mileage car. The car was assessed, evaluated and taken in as a purchased rig. As usual, with used car selling, the price initially seemed a bit low, but realistic. In the interim, as a 'second' car, it was blocking my driveway, so clearing the decks was in order. The young lady handling the transaction seemed knowledgeable in all the aspects and paperwork of the transaction, so it all ran smoothly. I then put the check in the bank and paid my property taxes! There's a good chance I'll be back.....(I don't do this sort of thing every day!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.

My husband and I were in a rollover crash on Saturday in Hattiesburg and had no car to load all of our belongings from the totaled car. Mia greeted us as we walked in and brought water for us right away and offered snacks. She showed us the truck she had on the lot for us to see and went over all the high points. It had no low points. The price was very very good. Gifford and Austin were part of the team. Mia worked with us for several hours because our case was complicated. We were not in the state where we reside and so insurance and registration took a little more time. Through it all, we were comfortable. The dealership is very clean. We couldn’t be happier with the care and service we received. I would highly recommend this dealership.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!
