We had some maintenance work done on our Odyssey, and Cheryl took amazing care of us. Some of the parts they needed wouldn't be available until the next day, so the van had to stay an additional night. After the van was completed, Cheryl came in on her day off to complete some of the paperwork to finish our visit. After we decided that we could leave the van an additional night and pick it up the next morning instead, Cheryl offered, quite literally, to go out of her way to pick me up on her way in to work so I didn't need to bring the family out on a cold morning. She is now a Ford Edge convert! They easily took a vacation's worth of toys, food, clothes a big dog and and active three year old. It is so easy for Seniors to get in and out, great height to see others on the road, great safety features and easy to get kiddos strapped into! 2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

I want to thank Tim, Mason and Ella at the Holiday Dealership for making my new vehicle purchase so easy. I thought I would be so intimidated by the processs but it was so streamlined and straightforward...no high pressure. The staff was amazing. Mason was patient and took care of all the time consuming tasks. He connected my phone to the vehicle, added my vehicle to the Cadillac app, transferred my Sirius XM and on-Star to the new vehicle and I received my license plates right at the dealership. No going to the DMV. All these little things mean alot to a person like me with limited technology knowledge. In addition, they made arrangements thru the dealership to get my new vehicle home. The day I went to "Holiday" was a true holiday! I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.
