I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... I live about 35 miles away... but I will ALWAYS come back to Brunswick for this high quality of service. Kudos to Brunswick for doing it right! Brookpark OH. i needed a recall that was way over due on my "new 2013 " Dodge, they cared for that at no cost to me and an oil change , they found a mouse house hiding under the hood and evicted them at no charge , very helpful. I took my Pacifica in because the touch screen and radio/carplay were working intermittently. In the past, I did soft resets of the radio to temporarily fix CarPlay but overtime that prior fix was insufficient. The radio was replaced less than a year ago as part of recall. So THIS time. Instead of fiddling with the problem on my own, I took the Pacifica in for diagnostics on the radio and touch screen. The heated steering wheel and driver?s seat could not be activated sometimes because the touch screen was unresponsive. At the same time, CarPlay was unresponsive telling me to make sure my phone was in proximity when my good phone was right next to the touch screen control panel. I am pleased the company understood my complaint and my request for a single diagnostic charge if needed. The technician did a hard reset of the radio and checked the heating of the steering and seat by means of the touch screen, and tested CarPlay with a good working phone. The tech noted that 15 days of freezing temperatures could have affected the touch screen. Advised that if problems persist. Tech recommended replacement of touch screen/radio. I was not charged for the diagnostic and my vehicle was was for pick up at the time specifies. I also had the company shuttle driver transport me one way free of charge. Also with all the ice someone else had left a vehicle for servicing without its keys and was blocking exits from the service dept . As I prepared to leave, an employee stopped me said the normal exits were blocked and he would circumnavigate the lot to bring my car around to a different exit. I was to go inside to the warm customer lounge to wait for him. He did as he offered abs I was in my way within minutes. I was helping four service staff because I brought my Oacufuca in early and picked it up early . They are spectacular highly recommend this service dept
