He asked the questions up front that are important to everyone buying a new vehicle, to ensure we were looking at the correct vehicle, and not wasting time. He kept in communication and did the things he said he would do. Additionally, he let us know of a program that we had never heard of for our business. This knowledge should be shared by every salesperson to every customer up front to save time and frustration as everyone's needs are different.
