What truly set this experience apart from any dealership I’ve worked with in the past was how seamless and efficient everything was. Eric was a true one-stop resource—handling everything from the vehicle details to paperwork and financing. Remarkably, I was able to walk in, complete everything, and drive out with the keys in hand in about an hour. That level of efficiency is almost unheard of when buying a car, and it made a typically time-consuming experience refreshingly easy. The service experience was very good. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and a recall. It went well but then a few minor things happened with the electronics. They were quickly fixed except I couldn’t then get the AM stations back on the radio. So the Service Dept ordered a new radio for me, which should fix this issue.
