Super impressed with Buddy Hoff at Anderson. Of all the dealerships in my search for a different car Buddy was literally the only sales individual I worked with who actually did what he said he was going to do. He provided options for cars in the category I was looking, called with updates and emailed me cars at other Anderson locations for consideration. A man of his word and willing to work for you. Very rare find. Will definitely go back to Anderson in the future to work with Buddy. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

I bought a Hond accord 1999, purpule car from sid dillion, 8 days later, the transmission, broke down, sid dillion tow truck pick it up, I didn't have to pay for a tow truck and sid dillion, haad cerficated transmission, rebuild my transmission, at no cost to me, sid dillion payed for it all
I took my vehicle in after having it diagnosed elsewhere. I could tell that the service guy wasn't happy that they wouldn't be doing a diagnosis. I told them what I wanted (oxygen sensor replaced and new key fob w/emergency key). This was at 7 a.m. I hadn't heard a word at 1:00 p.m. so I sent a text to the service guy. No response. I called at 3:30 - was given the excuse of "computers down" and "tech working on my car had an emergency". Give me 30 minutes he said. An hour later, I called AGAIN. I was told the tech "just got done" and he would call me back in 10 minutes with my total. When he called back, I was told the tech had trouble getting the oxygen sensor off and they were swamped. He apologized over and over, and gave me a small break on the bill, so I sort of let it go. When I picked up my vehicle, I got an "all points inspection" report which basically said that every single fluid in my vehicle was dirt/contaminated and/or burnt. I just had the oil changed a month ago (by my brother-in-law) and a NEW transmission put in 2 months ago. I went back to the transmission place the next day for them to check the tranny fluid. They showed it to me - not dirty, not burnt. I don't trust Baxter any longer and I will NOT be returning as a customer. The service guy was super nice and all, but I will NOT be lied to just because I am a woman. I don't believe any of my fluids are bad. I have my own opinions as to why I was told that. The facility is nice, they did do the work I requested but nothing that they "recommended". I'm sure they didn't like that at all. My advice is beware - if you go in wanting a specific thing done that Baxter didn't recommend, you may not have a good experience.
LJ was the salesperson we worked with and he took the time to understand our needs, let us test drive what ever we wanted, and was very charming! I would recommend this dealership, and LJ in particular, to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. He made the experience pleasant and fun!
Jesse was a great guy to work with!! I would highly recommend him to anyone and I give him a 5 star rating. We just were not able to come to an agreement on price of a pickup that needed a bunch work done to it right away to make it a safe vehicle. Between the backup camera not working, rear main seal leaking and weather cracked tires, they weren't willing to budge on price or offer to fix the vehicle to make sure the customer would be safe as soon as the pickup left the lot. Jesse provided an amazing experience and did all he could do for me. I wanted to drive away happy knowing I just purchased a safe and reliable vehicle for my family, but I wasn't going to able to do that as they were not willing to do the work to the pickup to make it safe and reliable. I wish the people above him were more willing to work with a customer and cared more about the customer's safety than the money in their pocket.
Outstanding experience!!! Matt Kucera is the reason we bought 3 vehicles from Sid Dillon. He is honest and does not apply pressure to the customers. He works hard to get multiple vehicles on the lot for us to look at.
