Excellent experience at AutoNation Spring, TX 77388! I purchased a Jeep Wrangler with the help of Mr. White. He was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. There were no games or hidden costs, and the entire vehicle purchase was straightforward and stress-free. The ultimate MINI VAN for a mom that doesn't want a mini van. Exceptionally comfortable for up to 7 passengers. We upgraded ours with a 17" DVD player. Super easy to maneuver around and we got 34+ miles per gallon on the interestate.

Shottenkirk Nissan KatyReviews
Shottenkirk Nissan Katy review
As with many auto dealership experiences, my interactions with Shottenkirk Nissan had its ups and downs. However, I am giving 5 stars because there were two people that made the experience that good; our salesperson, Sommer, and the GM, Harmon. These two went above and beyond to answer questions and make us feel like our business was important to them. I highly recommend visiting the dealership to purchase from Sommer. She never pressured us or made me question whether she would just say whatever I wanted to hear to buy a car. She was honest, polite, and helpful. That is something that most salespeople lack greatly. Harmon assisted in the finalizing of the deal by being genuinely helpful during trade in process and answering all of our questions accurately about fees and taxes that appear on the buyers order. He eliminated the tricks and nonsense that many dealers do to grab a few extra bucks during the buying process. Thank you, Sommer and Harmon.

Fred Haas Toyota World review
I recently purchased my 12th vehicle, not just from Fred Haas Toyota, but from Kris Youseffi. I have ALWAYS had excellent customer service from Kris, and always found him to be fair and honest. It is his professionalism and ease of dealing with as a customer, that I drove 250 miles from Frisco, Tx. to buy my latest car. I highly recommend Kris to anyone looking for a new Toyota vehicle.

Planet Ford Spring is simply the best Ford dealership and all of Texas. Probably even the best dealership regardless of vehicle make. Always expert and friendly service, quick repair is done right the first time.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Miki Onu, it was a pleasure to buy another car from you. You're always straight to the the point in and out. Thank you!!!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This process was actually pretty easy. They gave me a preliminary estimate on my trade in which turned out to be very accurate. I negotiated via email. I got the price I wanted. I did not finance but the paperwork took awhile longer than expected seeing the have electronic signing. Their ac was not working so it was pretty uncomfortable. My only complaint is they did not give me rear floor mats which I haven’t addressed because I just discovered it. Otherwise pretty painless. I would buy there again

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

I had an excellent experience with Shawn’s Motor Credit. After reaching out about a Camaro listed online, Mr. Rojar Richdan responded quickly and scheduled a test drive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never pushy, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. This was by far the best car-buying experience I’ve had. Planet Ford 45Reviews
Planet Ford 45 review
I highly recommend this team. They work seamlessly together to deliver the truck we wanted at a fair price. I spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership in total. Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. Monique in commercial service took care of our existing vehicle, and I have no doubt that we will perform just as well with this new one.

Thanks to Tee and Charles I was able to get the vehicle I always wanted, great customer service, they treated me like family
2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

We purchased a fleet vehicle that had some ac issues and transmission problems. Carmax jumped right into correcting the issues and provided a rental car each time. I will definitely purchase from here again.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

This place made it so easy to purchase a vehicle, nothing like I've seen before and i have bought a lot of cars. I can't speak to the other sales reps there but i can tell you that Jamaal Taylor was absolutely amazing. The finance guy was fantastic as well. Go see Jamaal at Archer VW

CarMax Austin South review
The overall experience was fine but I was just not used to this business model. I bought a $70,000 used vehicle and after having dealt with the Land Rover and Mercedes dealerships for years, the customer service at CarMax is just not up to their level. But I guess that was how I paid $2500 - $5,000 less than what other dealers were charging for the same car.

CarMax San Antonio review
Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!
