2018 Chrysler Pacifica review

I have purchased new vehicles and had them serviced at dealerships across the state of Texas, as far west as Colorado, and east to Georgia and North Carolina. I have been an employee at an upscale luxury car dealership. Some experiences were good, some average, and some I would rather not discuss. Huffines Kia in Corinth, Texas takes the customer relationship to whole new level. Frank with Huffines Jeep of Plano, a 5 Star experienced sales "consultant", is not your stereotype car salesman! When I called in for an appointment (for my wife) and requested to meet with the most experienced, the nicest receptionist that answered my call said, "well that will be Frank". lol! Nice! She read my mind! This purchase was for my wife who fears buying cars! So, taking her to make this happen was quite challenging. She fears new car purchases and pushy car salesman. We have a history purchasing pre owned cars. I had to sell her on we are at a point in our life we can get a new car and not have to settle on pre owned. So, having the right car consultant was going to be critical to make this work for her! Frank fit the part perfectly! He was very patient with both of us, and frankly, no pun intended, we didn't feel like we had to "haggle" about price! He figured out naturally what we wanted and just made it work! He made sure we were comfortable with the numbers and measuring up with what we wanted! The entire process starting with the phone call to Huffines, receptionists, Frank, and finance close out was simply easy and straightforward. Absolutely no buyer's remorse with our experience with Frank and Huffines Jeep Plano!!

Bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Huffines and would definitely recommend them. Salesman was named Austin who was obviously well trained on the different trims and options and really provided a low pressure sales experience. He allowed me to take my time and was patient with all my questions. Finance person was also great and that part took just 15 mins. I left feeling well treated. Would buy from them again.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I love the car I purchased!!! However, the dealership should upgrade their AI (Emma) because my only question before going to see the car is if the prices were negotiable. AI claimed they did negotiate, but once I arrived, I was told they don't. Customers just don't want to be misled. - I thought I was texting with a real person only to find it was actually AI. So, I ended up paying a bit more for the car than I really wanted to. But, I justified that because the car was in really good shape for a 2018, and it had less than 34,000 miles. I would probably use this dealership again.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica review
I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.
