I never write reviews, in fact this may be the first. I went to Fourway based on a single review where the reviewer said they would buy any vehicle from them sight unseen. I bought a van from them a few months ago and without question they have been one of the most honest and accommodating dealers I have ever dealt with. Rodney in sales and Travis in service are all outstanding. Based on my experience I would commit to any vehicle over the phone without seeing it first hand -- and feel comfortable that if any issues did come after sales that it would be handled honestly, promptly and correctly. I am a skeptic of any review -- but if my review can at least convince you to give these guys a shot -- I don't think you'll be disappointed.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Need to have a better space to talk to someone. And they need to have better options on buying a car or be more information on it

Luxury, speed, smooth ride, great stereo, slot of leg room, great mileage, large trunk, back seats fold down for additional trunk space. It really is a beautiful car!!!

I was looking online for a car in their auto group. I've never shopped online for a car. They made the process very trusting and made me feel as I was on their lot talking in person. This is a great place to look for a car 6 hours from my home. That's better than I get from local dealers here where I live.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This was my second vehicle from Morgan Automotive. Why? This family owned operation goes above and beyond in making you happy. Their reputation is well known for great quality and honesty. I never worry driving off the lot about anything, because they stand behind what they sell. This dealership will be around a long time because of honest and very fair transactions.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

If you are looking for a used car for a decent amount of money, go here. There prices are unbelievable. The cars are well put together, clean, looks brand new. I totally recommend everyone going here. I'm in the process of buying a car here.

The 1st Crossfire that I owned was an alabaster white one with the cedar and dark slate interior, I loved the car, but I traded it in on a 2005 Roadster in Aero Blue Pearlcote with a two-tone grey interior. I loved the car as much as the white one, but this one had some flaws from an accident that the dealer didn't tell me about. It was nice enough but I fell in love with a Mini Cooper. I regret getting rid of the white one so much that I am looking for one now. I found one in Virginia. It's a bit pricey But I want it none-the-less.

Hans and Jeremy were amazing to work with and very flexible. They let me take the truck to get looked over by my mechanic, clearly secure in the truck they were putting on the lot. I would recommend them highly. Looking for a great truck look here first.

We no sooner pulled into the Keller Bros. Ford lot when Elias immediately came out, greeted us and listened to what we were looking for. He was very engaging and professional. In a brief period of time, he worked with us to narrow down exactly the model and features we wanted. He and his colleagues couldn’t have been more accommodating. Although we had only intended to look around, Elias and the managers were so tuned in to our specifications that we made the purchase! It’s been a positive experience.

We got the new 2021 Pinnacle edition. Most dealers/sales persons did NOT know the second row of seats were not stow n go. Most of them also really did not know how to install/work with CarPlay. We had to figure out most of the stuff ourselves because they couldn’t. You tube really helped!

Stopped by as this is a client of mine and as I was leaving, Dennis ran out to my car and stopped me before driving off. He noticed my tire was completely flat! He immediately stopped what he was doing, got it to the garage and between him, his service guy (sorry didn't catch his name, young guy with glasses) and Wilmer, they got it repaired! I was far from home and if went un-noticed, I really could have done some damage to my car. Not too often you get customer service like this, and they definitely went above and beyond! Would HIGHLY recommend buying or servicing your car here! You will not find better service elsewhere!

Very clever stow away seats make it like an enclosed truck. Comfortable. Handles and accelerates better than I expected. We'll see about reliability. I would have liked to get more of the extra cost options.

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

Well this is my 2nd vehicle purchase in 4 years from Ricke Bros. The first one was a absolutely great running vehicle with no issues besides normal oil changes and tires. And was actually still running great when I traded it back in. Just wanted something with less miles and bluetooth and navigation. I must say the staff and quality of cars at every location is well above par. The staff at Ricke Bros is very knowledgeable about their vehicles. And they offer a great warranty for buying a used vehicle. I did make my 2nd purchase at Royal Motorcars off of Shelly who went above and beyond to get our vehicle inspected and cleaned up for the day we picked it up to leave on vacation. She also got us a great finance rate thru Members 1st and we did all the paperwork the same day. I would recommend Royal and Ricke Bros to anyone looking for a quality car at a fair price.

One of the best cars I?ve own. Have nothing bad to say about it yet and I now have 179,000 miles on my 2001 Chrysler 300m and it?s still going strong. I just love this car.....

I bought my 2008 Cruiser in 2011 used with 30k miles on it. It's been 13 years and I STILL have it. It now has 170k miles and it didn't start having issues until maybe 2 or 3 years ago. First thing that cut out was the AC but I consider that a luxury and can't afford to get it fixed so I've been driving without it for a while. Maybe 5 years ago the suspension had to be replaced and the camshaft sensor had to be replaced like 3 times over the course of a year. About 3 years ago the radiator blew and needed to be replaced. And just last year ('23) the control arm needed to be replaced, and it started giving me issues overheating. Just this month (August '24) it needed a coolant flush, new thermostat, new radiator fan, and fuel pump. But with all the old car repairs, every time something is fixed, it keeps going and the repairs hold up. This little car has lasted longer than I ever thought it would and I'm going to keep it going as long as I can. Other than engine issues as the car has aged, the rest of it is decent. Good leg room, surprising amount of space. It's gotten me through 3 moves and I've packed so many moving boxes in there I didn't need to rent a moving van. I'm 35 now and still driving around my first car (mainly because I'm poor but whatever). I have so many good memories with this cat and I'm so glad it's lasted so long.
