Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills review
Last month , I purchased a 2024 Honda HR-V from Findlay Honda in Centennial Hills, and I must say, the experience was beyond my expectations. From the moment I walked into the dealership, the staff were welcoming and attentive. Special shoutout to Elton, the sales consultant, who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient, answering all my questions without any sales pressure. Overall, Honda Findlay has earned my trust and recommendation. They stand out with their customer service, fair pricing, and quality vehicles. If you're in the market for a car, I highly recommend paying them a visit.

2018 Chrysler Pacifica review
For starters, let me just say that I primarily like the van. It's good looking and the Uconnect system is better than previous iterations. However, what gripes me on a major level is the lack of a shifter. The know thing is ridiculous! There is no way to select a lower gear (other than first) when needing engine braking. Just smoke the heck out of the brakes, I guess... No way to downshift when needing more engine torque. You have to just mash the laggy throttle and wait until the computer decides to allow you to do so. Which leads me to my second major gripe. Who is driving? Me, or some integrated circuit? Well If I go too fast, I get the ticket, not the computer ganglia under the dash. So yeah, IM DRIVING. Let me drive and stop second guessing my every input. Lagging throttle. Delayed gear changes and upshifts into pointless high gears at low speeds. Inability to select a gear range manually. My third gripe is: The stalling! Darn thing just dies every time I stop at a red light or stop sign. Sure I can turn it off, but it turns itself right back on again. (Again, I am the driver. Stop overriding my decisions. ) Who made the deal with some starter manufacturer for that cockamamie crap? Its got to be bad on the starter to have to keep restarting at every stop. Maddening! My last point is in general for ALL automakers... Humans have legs! We need space for them when sitting in back seats! Little humans pointlessly kick things with their spazzy little legs. Maybe add about 12 to 18 more inches (per row of passenger seating) in your design phase for limbs that 99٪ of vehicular occupants posess. Believe me, there is room on the roads for minivans that could be 2 to 3 feet longer. Parents will thank you. Rear seat passengers will thank you. Oh and there's this... " ding, ding, ding, ding,... bing bong, bing bong, ... buzzzzzz.." STOP IT! Every darn thing makes a dinger or bingbonger go off! 2018 Pacifica... Needs: Room for actual humans in back. A real gearshift and MANUAL SHIFTING ability. How about a real manual transmission. With a clutch pedal and 5 speed manual? And the REAR VENT WINDOWS THAT OPEN!!! Kids fart. A lot! We all want the rear vent windows back! Does NOT need: Any more computer garbage trying to override the actual driver. More speeds in some trashy automatic slushbox excuse for a transmission.

I was looking for a second car. My salesman Tony Mendoza was excellent, no pressure from him it was all on me to find the right one. I picked out a car drive it filled out all the app. And had an answer in 25 minutes. So if you read this go see Tony and good luck.

My 2019 Chrysler 300 Ltd. replaced my previous car, Mercedes E420 which i loved and had for over 22 years. The Chrysler has much amazing worthwhile technology. It is comfortable, roomy and attractive. The 6 cylinder engine is like a V-8. When i replace this car, i will hope to purchase a newer version of this same car.

I’ve purchased many cars over the years - Gabe is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. His passion is the car industry and it shows - he doesn’t have any red flags or cut corners when it comes to selling high quality, solid cars at a good price. I felt the sals staff had my best interests in mind, wasn’t pushy or aggressive whatsoever. Highly recommend working with Gabe and Eddie to buy your next vehicle!
2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid review
I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

2020 Chrysler Pacifica review
Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Findlay Honda Henderson review
Where to begin? Obi Davis is, without question, the most professional, courteous, and genuinely kind sales representative I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He made the entire experience not only smooth and stress-free, but surprisingly enjoyable. Obi went above and beyond to help me find the car of my dreams, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his dedication and sincerity. I also want to recognize Vilay, who was the best—and fastest—financier I’ve ever worked with. She made the approval and paperwork process seamless and efficient, which is not something you usually expect at a dealership. I’ve never been a fan of car dealerships, but this experience changed my perspective. This dealership is honest, welcoming, and truly treats you like a friend. Because of Obi and Vilay, I can confidently say I’ll never work with anyone else. Thank you both—you made all the difference.

I recently purchased a new Kia Sportage, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Muhammad Mansoor aka Moe was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain the features of the vehicle, and helped me find the perfect Sportage for my needs. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. Everyone I worked with was professional and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. I appreciated how straightforward they were with pricing and financing options. As for the Kia Sportage, I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It offers a comfortable ride, great technology, excellent fuel efficiency, and a stylish design. It's everything I was looking for in a vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership & Muhammad Mansoor to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Findlay Kia Las VegasReviews
Findlay Kia Las Vegas review
Outstanding experience in my recent purchase through Findlay Kia. From reaching out through the internet to Sarah Foster who directed me to Kekoa Hunter, a great sales representative who worked with me on the sale of the vehicle and my trade in, to a super easy, quick, financing experience that answered all my questions, and included extended warranty purchase and Q&A, with Derrick Timberlake, to finally all the necessary paperwork needed for online registration (in less than a week) by Tiffany Anderson, this was one of the easiest, most positive vehicle purchases I have ever made. I hope all those that deal with Findlay Kia receive the same top notch service that I did and I would like to thank all those listed above for an overall great experience.

I just drove off in my 2020 GMC Terrain from the Las Vegas dealership and the whole experience felt genuinely human, not like a sales show. Precious answered every question clearly and kept the process moving without any pressure. Paperwork and financing were quick and transparent, and the SUV was exactly as advertised , I'll happily recommend them to anyone shopping for a reliable GMC.

PhilC: 2015 Chrysler 200 Lmt. (010924: 88657m) I love the car, hands down, a "true legend"...extremely reliable, rides nice and smooth, great wheelbase for NE winter season, have not had to put much expense-wise in to replacement parts since July 2017 purchse @ 48500m. Emissions Recall taken care of no cost at a DCJ dealership...top two fav. features are: the rounded dash near int. windshield and the OEM rims...genuine MOPAR, all the way! i wish for the resons given that they could have extended production by another year or two...three years was not long enough...Thank You so much 'FiatChrysler'...as well, Jeff Hammoud and Christian Farcas...an awesome car if there ever was...again, a "true legend"! Thank you to all involved...many more miles ahead with my 200 Lmt....

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

CarMax Henderson review
It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I would feel completely confident recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

I sold my car this weekend and was greeted at the door by Damien. From the very begining of the process he made the whole seamless and stress free. He was very friendly and made the whole process so easy. I didn?t anticipate doing everything on this day so I ran out of time and had to leave to pick up my child. Damien was completely understanding and offered to meet me wherever I was so we could complete the paperwork! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
