My wife and were looking for a vehicle and in process she found a couple. She worked with the salesman, Sunny who was beyond knowledgeable, and very helpful in the process of narrowing down exactly what we wanted. Originally we found a couple that we liked but there was one that my wife really wanted. Long story short Sunny went above and beyond, to help her get exactly what she wanted. Honestly what more can I say, at 54 yrs old this was by far the easiest vehicle purchase I have ever had. I bought my Crossfire used (second owner) and am extremely happy with her. I first saw her online and knew immediately that THIS WAS MY CAR. I went to the dealership that advertised her, text drove, and without hesitation, purchased. She does leak a little tranny fluid and I have to put the top down manually but I don't mind a bit. She's gorgeous. And fast. And I love her to pieces!

Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

A reasonable price for the car. My warranty is up to 100k miles. The process was simple and I drove away feeling good about the purchase. Setting up an appointment was easy. When you walk in people are attentive. They have a good sized lott of mostly kia vehicles. The phone service is not as great. I suggest researching the car first. Amine was my salesman. He was high energy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Diego in finance was professional and personable.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

This is our 3rd car we bought from Jenkins Hyundai. Always had superior sales people to help us find the car that is just right for us. Each person is very knowledgeable and very friendly. There is a a great variety of cars to choose from. Service area is nice and comfy and a good selection of drinks and goodies to chose from. From the minute we pulled in the lot we were greeted by a friendly sales person who took us around to see what we were looking for, made suggestions and guided us through the buying process. Finance dept. was an easy process and the financial officer was easy to understand. After we bought the car our salesperson sat in the car explaining all the features and had us go through all of them with him. We can call him anytime with questions. They also have classes for new car buyers, which is awesome.

Great car we got the Pacifica limited. Enjoy all the extras on the van. Just wish the windshield was tinted. We constantly have to use the visors to help with the brightness outside

i bought a lexus gs300 from this dealer. the process was easy and did not feel pressured at any point. they let you take the vehicle to a local mechanic as well. i left a deposit on the car for 3 days so it did not sell while i was waiting to get there. the deposit went to the purchase price. Zac and ito were amazing and made the process painless for me.

2002 town n counrty lx transmission went out dont drrive forward or backward .shoulda known it wasmt goin into 4th gear foe sure when test driving .had it 2 days most humilatiting purchase ive made this year.now its guna go to scarp cuz replacemert r 2000plus ..i say recall and u fix it ill keep itt!

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

So far I have bought (12) vehicles from this dealership if I’m not forgetting one or two. The last a 2023 power wagon - I love coming here everyone here is very polite and helpful. I deal mostly with Tarek and Bill and they are both very professional. I have never had a problem at the service center that I didn’t get resolved. I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

This car meets every expectation. We could not ask for anything else. It is the Pacifica Limited. We would love the Carmel leather but black works just fine. Best feature from other vans is the flat stow and go. We can drive our two mobility scooters straight in.
