Maurice, sales Manager and finance manager(sorry forgot their names) did a great job didnt hassel me no annyoing phone calls after I told them give me a day or so to make sure I had all my stuff together.
I purchased a used vehicle via the internet. I flew out to California to finalize the paperwork. The team did a great job on resolving an issue that occurred during the finalization of the sale. I highly recommend this team.
I am very surprised by the previous negative comment and I can only wonder why people would leave them anonymously, could it be a competitor or ex-employee? I am only guessing because we purchased our car from this dealer several years ago and continue to have our maintenance and repairs performed at Lexus of Riverside. From the moment we stepped into the dealership to current day, we continue to have positive visits. Robert, our service advisor continues to make sure we are completely happy with everything they do for us and their prices are comparable to other dealerships.
Everyone who helped me was great. They were nice, informative, answered all my questions, not pushy at all. Just helpful. It was probably the best car buying experience in my many years of buying cars. The whole buying and financing process was smooth and easy.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Came in just to browse for a bmw i been wanting, was helped by T who was really helpful and friendly and always made me feel comfortable. Ended up leaving with the car i wanted and a really affordable payment with no pressure at all! they washed up my car right away and i was in and out within 45 min! no hassle hands down best car buying expirence ever!
They checked me in before I could get out of my truck with a I Pad and asked me to wait in the very nice waiting room. They sent me a text to ask if I would like anything. Within an hour the nice lady handed me my keys and asked me to see the cashier for my receipt and I was on my way.
In the service department, Dan was nice, and helpfu, he took good care of me, and my car. I didn't have to wait long to get service.
