From the moment I reached out inquiring about a specific model jeep grand Cherokee Tim sent the pricing information over immediately and quickly set an appointment for the following morning for me. When I arrived I was met by Tim and Pablo and the Jeep was waiting for me. Pablo took care of everything from there. During the test drive he explained all the new and improved features that differed from the slightly older model Jeep I had now. Pablo made this entire process so easy as he lined up all the steps needed to be completed and offered to have the car ready to take home in the afternoon. The car was ready for pickup and Yamen helped with closing out my old lease and I was on my way. Easily the best car buying experience I have had in the 20+ years in doing this. I highly recommend this place, all around great experience!
Great experience. My Wrangler was not getting ready for inspection and after two months of research and few phone calls to Jeep they found out that my Jeep year had a extended warranty for a OBD failure from the dealer. I really wish that one phone call was more helpful because I did so many calls and read so many reviews and blogs to find out and the dealer could advice me on the first phone call. They never found the issue till I pointed the boletin service...
I???m extremely satisfied with the experience I had at Kelly Jeep because of Yamen Dallaji, he was phenomenal! This had been my third dealership that I had visited in the same day, and it was the last because of Yamen. He was compassionate and extremely knowledgeable about the 2 model Jeeps I had been interested in. I ended up choosing the Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, which I am in LOVE with! Yamen is a true professional and he made the process simple and easy; which isn???t always the case when buying a new car. If you???re in the market, I would highly recommend that you go see Yamen. He made the deal very comforting; I wasn???t hassled in the slightest bit. If he stays, then I???ll be back to deal with him again and again! He answered 100% of my questions and put my mind at ease. The day that I picked my Jeep up he spent an hour with my husband and me going over every detail and aspect of the truck so that I was fully aware of how to use everything. I will certainly be referring all family/friends to Yamen and Kelly Jeep of Lynnfield, everyone we worked with was great. Thanks again!
I walked in to have an inspections sticker and lucked out to have it done in about 50 minutes . Phewww. The customer service rep as always was efficient ,kind and informative . This was a far cry from my last visit for an oil change and license plate bulb replacement which took 2.5 hours even WITH an appointment .
We had been to 5 other dealers over the last 6 months. Each one said that I would have to "give up" one of the selected features...that the van I was looking for couldn't have everything I wanted. Jarred found one within 15 minutes of sitting with us....color, package, and a dvd player! He was kind and so helpful and never once made us feel pressured! We were done purchasing the van within an hour. I've been to other dealership where I've spent the whole day. The business manager was very thorough and personal. Made sure he went over everything and we were still out within an hour. I love the new van!
Buying a car can certainly be a hassle, but my husband and I had a great experience @ Prime. Our salesman, Phelan, worked hard to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we were happy with. He responded to our questions via text and email promptly and was extremely personable, even agreeing to a Fortnite danceoff with my 9 year-old. Although we live over an hour away from the dealership, we will certainly look to Prime when purchasing our next vehicle.
Dealer leadership stepped up to resolve an issues with service. Things do go wrong with cars, and not every situation is pleasant for customers or dealers. However, the true test of integrity for any dealership is what they do to fix the problem, and make it right for the customer. In my case the senior management rolled up their sleeves, took responsibility, and made things right. Sometimes, the most important things you can learn about the true quality of a dealership is when something doesn't go quite right. Very impressive group of people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
I bought a used Jeep with Bob Curran. Honest, cut to the chase, what is right for you customer service. Best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Bob was outstanding!! I'd highly recommend him.
Anthony from the sales staff was friendly and courteous, making the deals was easy both on price and to complete the paperwork. They also provided quick responses to fix any issue I had after delivery.
I was in the market for a 2017 Jeep Latitude with very specific options. I logged on to the Allen Mello website, checked under the new inventory tab and found the vehicle I was looking for, at a price I was willing to pay. I took the print out of the internet vehicle to the Nashua showroom where I was greeted by Derek Daigle. Derek looked at the printout I had, retrieved the vehicle from inventory and we were off a test drive. No questions, excuses or upselling. Upon returning to the showroom, Derek worked hard to apply every possible rebate available while my trade was being assessed. He put all the numbers in front of me, showed me the final price and we had a deal! It was that simple!!! I HAD done my homework before going to the dealership, but I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive or different from the vehicle I wanted. Derek was awesome to work with! I've not had any service experience with the Allen Mello yet, but for me the purchasing experience was flawless!
My Husband and I have bought 5 cars from Allen Mello throughout our lives and the new addition to their dealership looks beautiful! I've owned my Grand Caravan for 17 years and finally decided to check out what kind of cars Allen Mello had. My dream car has always been a 300 and there didn't seem to be one that fit my needs, but my wonderful salesperson Ava French managed to find one. (even though was older than I liked) It was beautiful! It had all the options that I was looking for and more! We got it for a steal! Cheikh the finance manager, who has been our close friend for 30 years, helped us once again.
My wife and I bought a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica at Allen Mello a few days ago. Overall it was a positive experience.
I first emailed them figure out what the price would be. Jonathan called me shortly after and we had a series of emails and phone calls to negotiate the price. Jonathan finally got me to a price point that worked for me so we made an appointment to purchase the vehicle. Jonathan was a great help.
We visited the dealership a couple days later. Ava was the salesperson who helped us out and she was fantastic. Very calm, understanding, and pleasant. Bob was another salesperson who wasn't even assigned to us but helped us out as well (e.g. getting on the phone with our insurance company to help us understand how to get the RMV-1 form). There was one awkward moment when one of the finance guys, Nate, was trying to tell me the price of the vehicle was more than what was I told on the phone and that got me a bit upset. Luckily I had the price saved in an email too so I showed it to him and he ended up honoring it. Harry was the person who had us sign all the forms and he was extremely pleasant too.
Things that were great about our experience:
-Responsive internet sales team and the ability to negotiate price w/out visiting the dealership
-Great price on the vehicle
-Staff was very helpful including Jonathan, Ava, Bob, and Harry
-The staff was very understanding of our 2 kids who were very loud for the few hours that we were there
Thinks that could be improved:
-They knew we had an appointment to purchase the car but the vehicle wasn't detailed yet when we got there and it had to be detailed while we waited there. Would have been nice for them to take care of that in advance.
-We were at the dealer for over 4 hours. I wish the process could be sped up bit.
-I'm from MA and the dealership is in NH. I wish they had the ability to register the car and inspect it like other out of state dealers can do.
Overall summary--I would do business with them again.
Dan???s Jeep provides unbelievable customer service - they are the best around! I can???t thank them enough and would recommend Dan???s to any one.
