We had our 3 year old along with, the gladbrook location was awesome with him being there. The suv we chose needed a few things repaired prior to us picking it up. They got right on it the same day. Definately will be going back when its time to get a new vehicle. 50 years as a business, they are the best place to buy a vehicle.
I have been shopping for a vehicle a little over three weeks. All the guys were professional and curtious. No pushy sales. Brian was down to earth and easy going. Was able to put me in vehicle I was looking for and at a good price. They are worth the drive to check out.
We visited Lauterbach to look at some used cars. Doug Cupples put us in a Nissan Altima with low miles. I took it for a spin and decided it was the one. The finance process was quick and painless. Using cars.com I was looking for very specific items, color red, GMC/Chevy, 1500 Yukon/Tahoe/Suburban with a rear bench seat. Evidently that rear bench seat is not as popular as the two captains chairs so I ended up widening my search out 250 miles. I found a Yukon XL at Lauterbach's that fit the bill. They worked with me over the phone in arranging the purchase. I drove 4 hours out there to meet and was very pleased with the salesmen and dealership. I couldn't be happier with my new (to me) GMC Yukon XL. Highly recommend this dealership.
Wouldn't come down on price even after they found out it needed more work than anticipated initially. When I asked if they could do any better on price, they told me they could maybe do $100 off, even though it needed an extra $400 worth of work, along with the massive amount of work it needed outside of that. Didn't really try to work with me, and put me off a bit from wanting to go back there.
My husband and I purchased a used truck at Wes Finch yesterday. They gave us a decent trade in on our Saturn Vue. When I initially inquired on this truck, I was told that they were just waiting for the gentleman who wanted it, to sign the paperwork. I indicated that if that sale fell through for them to please call me. Coleen promptly did so on a Saturday. It was quite a drive from Southeast Iowa and originally they had planned on meeting us halfway. We really appreciated that option, but unfortunately fell through when they didn't have enough Staffing for the day. All the same, nice truck, good buy, very personable gal; Coleen is. It was a fast efficient process and having come from Michigan, I can tell you it's nice to be getting the plates in the mail instead of waiting in line backed outside of a Metro Detroit Secretary of State office.
We had a great experience with Derrick Hurt. He listened to us and was very patient. We looked at 4 different cars, and he worked hard to meet our need. We ended up with a vehicle that we love!! We would recommend Derrick and Nobel for all your car needs. We also enjoyed working with Tim Bohner, the finance guy.. He was knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all.of our questions.

I found what I thought I was looking for on Cars.com. I sent in a request for more information. I received a call from Taylor Finch Brandt. In the course of our communication, she discussed with me exactly what I was looking for. Then she worked like a machine to find me exactly what I wanted. Many emails and text messages were shared. I didn't have to make a trip to the dealership until I was ready to buy. As it turned out, I purchased something completely different than what I set out to buy. Taylor gave me options that I didn't know existed and that was wonderful! She saved me so much time and did all the leg work for me. So yes, she made the sale.....but it gets better. After the sale was done, I continued to communicate with Taylor regarding different questions I had about the car and how to to operate some of the technology. She was Johnny-on-the-spot with helping me. Service after the sale.....that's where the gold is and Taylor at Wes Finch has that in spades. My next car......yep, it will be a Wes Finch vehicle and since Taylor has Finch in her name, my hopes is that she'll still be there:-)
I was slightly let down because they offered me more for my car and offered to sell their car for less than I was going to ask. How was I supposed to negotiate??
After leaving the lot, I noticed a problem with the (used) vehicle and manager offered to assist me with no hesitation.
I would call this 45 minute drive well worth it!
