Was interested in a 2015 GMC 1 ton dually and was immediately responded to with my inquiry. They were great about contacting me. I went and looked at the truck on a Sunday and talked to a salesperson the following week about the truck and spoke about concerns with the truck. Unfortunately that was as far as I got as someone else was looking at it the same time and they purchased the truck but I thought it was very professional that the dealership took the time to call me and tell me that it had been sold. I appreciated that.
Was bringing vehicle in for a checkup and while waiting was just walking through lot. We were in near future thinking of purchasing a vehicle good on gas and happened to walk by a VW Jetta and it really caught our eye. Last week we purchased a new, 2017 Mazda CX-5 and love the car, the price, and the respectful, friendly service we received. Our salesman James, was exceptional in spending time with me test driving several different models and was very knowledgeable about each car. He helped me weigh the options of each vehicle without being a pushy salesman. He also spent extra time with my husband and I, explaining how all the features and controls in the car operate. He even helped me link my iPhone! I would definitely go back to the same dealer and salesman in the future!
Needed our first oil change, rotation of tires and also had a recall to take care of on this visit. Very excellent attention to us -- got there a little early, they took us early. Very helpful in finding the right car. On the test drive I was able to go through the town and back roads with the sales person. They explained every detail and didn’t leave anything out. Amazing people and do everything to get you the car you want!
Was welcomed by a very nice woman in the front who talked me through the process of their express lane and explained what they would be doing and after 20 minutes she came in and showed me my air filter and explained why it needed to be changed. Wonderful team and an amazing atmosphere!

The last time I bought a car was back in 1997, so when I finally decided to give up that vehicle, I started online. I had no idea that, when I would look at the websites of car dealerships, someone would call me within 5 minutes. When I was looking at the Prescott Brothers of Rochelle website, the phone rang. I just waited for a message on voicemail because I was not sure I wanted to talk to anyone yet. After a few minutes of chatting with my boyfriend Glenn, I decided to give Rob Jasper a call back to talk about test driving a Ford Edge. Like I said, I only planned on test driving the car.
I ended up buying the car because I totally enjoyed it, and Rob made the whole process go smoothly. I even had some uneasy thoughts about what I was getting myself into and he was always patient and understanding. Everybody there treated me with great respect so I would highly recommend anyone to shop for a car at the Prescott Brothers dealerships.
Nice, friendly, and helpful service center. Our check engine light was on. They diagnosed it as a problem with the emissions and found that it was under warranty. We also had tires replaced.
