Purchase car used in 2021 from rental car company, 70Kmiles. So far have had no problems. Stow and go seats makes this a great utility vehicle plus seats are comfortable for road trips and concert going. We’re empty nesters so it’s the party bus. The transmission can buck during “hill assist” but keeping the gas steady and allow it to do its job, it doesn’t need your help. 90K miles on it now. Swore I was done with minivans, our adult kids laughed so hard when we got it but they borrow it all the time.

I have a 2013 Ram pickup that I bought new with a Max Care warranty and recently the engine light came on, not blinking,, I took it into Pettus Ram and dealt with Josie who is great. After replacing thermostat my light came back on after a few miles of driving. I took it back in and they were so fantastic and understanding. They wanted my truck for a few more days and my extended warranty covered the cost of a loaner car which they provided me with a Dodge Hornet, nice little car to drive, anyways Josie and Melissa were so caring , kept me informed and after driving it for a week my truck is running smoothly and no engine light is on. Just wanted to share my experience with everyone that worked on my truck including the mechanic, don’t know his name, but they all were so great and made it such a good experience. My truck is old but I love driving it and am so glad I had the extended warranty which saved me thousands of dollars and the dealership with its cooperation made it a pleasant experience. I like how it handles. Only problem is sometime the transmission slip. They say nothing is wrong it is common in the Pacifica. It is comfy and loads of room. We keep back seats down put a dog bed for our dog to be comfortable . When we need seats remove the bed and pop them up. No need to pull them out and find a place to store it.

Great experience! Worked with Tyreese, he’s a rock star. No pressure, answered all the questions I had. He was honest and upfront with any imperfections and fast. I was in and out in an hour and a 1/2. The vehicle has been perfect! I’ll definitely be doing business with them again.

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
