The dealership was welcoming and prepared to make a deal for the car we wanted. Following a test drive, we sat down to negotiate and came up with our best deal. The sales staff was friendly and did a nice job of completing our paperwork in a timely way so we could make this a "once and done" event.

I had a great experience at Heritage Chevrolet. Kris Foote answered all my questions and provided excellent customer service. As a female buying a car on my own for the first time, I never felt intimidated or pressured. I’m very pleased with my purchase and would encourage you to consider Heritage Chevrolet when purchasing a vehicle.

I had an excellent experience working with Brent when purchasing my car. From the beginning, he was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain everything, provided detailed information, FaceTimed with me, and sent videos so I knew exactly what I was purchasing. Since I was traveling from another state, his honesty, communication, and attention to detail gave me the confidence to make the trip to the dealership. He even picked me up from my hotel and made the entire process easy and smooth. Brent was a big reason I decided to purchase the car from the dealership. He went above and beyond from start to finish, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend working with Brent Cram!

I have owned dozens of cars, trucks and minivans. This vehicle is the most versatile of them all. The V6 AWD is great on the hwy. And the steering is nimble in street driving. I would recommend to anyone to purchase. Stow and Go seats are best in class.

Due to a quote for two miner issues in my 2019 Terrain I decided to check out Shaheens. One item was quoted $150 less and the other one was $200 less. I was a drive up customer and I was still treated with timely service and respect. Shaheens is now my go to for all my auto service needs.

very honest and transparent . we had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection. the car checked out great except two tires were pretty choppy. Lucas quickly got approval from manager to replace the front brakes and rotors as part of the purchase agreement. great car deal and experience all around.
2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

Broadmoor Motors Middleville review
To start with, these folks are quite selective about their inventory, so they only sell good quality cars. On top of that, they are so friendly, honest and reasonable that you feel more like you’re buying from family than from a used car salesman. Also, they stand behind their cars with a 30 day guarantee. Finally, I have never seen a cleaner used car then the one my daughter just bought there!
2014 Chrysler Town & Country review
Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. I have driving it to LV, San Diego, Santa Barbara and still going. ❤️ my T&C

I bought a car online from Logan . He did a outstanding job representing me in the buying process . He did a detailed video of the condition of the car including the running of the car . He follow-thru with all paperwork and made sure the car was loaded by the shipper . Logan is the reason I made the purchase and I am a satisfied customer .

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

Sparta Chevrolet review
Our salesmen Conner was great to work with. Top notch service. I will recommend them to friends and family.
2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

Bill R. was easy to work with, attentive and found us the perfect fit! My new ‘used’ car was purchase was a smooth easy process. Thanks Bill!
2026 Chrysler Pacifica review
Big delay in the apple Carplay starting up. Plus the adaptive cruise control is not smooth at all. We have a 2019 Toyota Camry and its ACC is much smoother than the one in the 2026 Pacifica. The ride itself is comfortable. We had 5 adults and everyone had plenty of room.

Courtney Munce helped me get my 3rd car (White in photo) and even helped me get the repair needed on the car.. She is wonderful in communications with texting since I can not hear on phones. Definitely recommend anyone to see her for their next car. I will go there again for the next car as I have not been disappointed with my purchases.. For those who are deaf/ cannot hear on phones.. Come see Courtney, you will not be disappointed! Thank you very much Courtney Munce!
