The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

I bought my van new. It has 150k mikes and I have only had very minor issues with it. It has been a reliable source of transportation for me as I drive long distances several times a year. I particularly love the way the seats go into the floor. I have hauled so much stuff. I love my van.

What a great experience! I was searching for a specific car for about 2 months with the options I wanted. I came across Eagle Automotives on my search and emailed my interest. The next day Guillermo, the owner/manager reached out to me and went over the car in full detail over the phone. The car was exactly what I wanted so I made the 4.5 hour trip from western PA to Virginia. When I got there, him and his mechanic were super nice and friendly. We chatted about cars for a bit, then they handed me the keys for a test drive and that was it. I was SOLD! I think it only took about 15 minutes of paperwork and I was on my way back home. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

My experience with Shereen could not have been better. She put me at ease from our first interaction all the way until I received my keys. Not only did she assist with a complex lease buy out, she truly went out of her way to make sure I was driving home with the best car I could find. I ended up with a 2019 Volvo XC60 that I love just as much as the service I received from Sheeren. I live around 2 hours away from the dealership but I will continue to make the drive and recommend you do the same, she is worth it!

I have enjoyed this car very much. It has 105000 miles and hasn't given me any problems. This is my fourth Chrysler van. The first one got 300,00 miles before I junked it. It was still running very good, but it was over 20 years old.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

After to my prior experience, I was contacted by Mr. Herman and he apologized for the experience. He listened to my complaint and corrected the situation. Mr. Herman was very apologetical and understanding about why I was upset. He worked diligently with Danny to find a deal for me. I came in on yesterday evening I met with Adam and Danny to find a vehicle. Danny found the perfect SUV and had all of the paperwork ready upon my arrive. Both Adam and Danny handled the my situation with EXPECTIONAL customer service and I am beyond elated! Danny even stayed passed his scheduled time to assist me getting everything completed. I really do appreciate how they corrected the prior experience I had before. I will definitely be back to do more business with them again and recommended them to anyone I know looking for a car/SUV. The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

My vehicle was brought in for the Customer Care Service program, as well as, two other items. My vehicle was promptly taken in and the work was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. As sion as the work was completed, I was notified and my car was waiting for me, so that I could be in my way. Thank you to the Service Department for making this an easy in and out!

I was deeply impressed with the lack of pressure, we felt throughout this entire process. From calling to set up a test drive, to signing the papers. Our Sales person Jeffery was so helpful. He had the car up front and ready to go when we arrived. They were willing to let me hold the car until my husband could come back with me to test drive and were so helpful. We were nervous about the dreaded "Used Car Haggling and there was none of that. They allowed us to have an outside mechanic check out the car before we purchased. We left feeling that we were getting an amazing car, for a great price and were extremely happy and impressed by the entire process. We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

bought 2018 Pacifica in January 2019. lowest base model they had. no power doors or power folding seats (manual so nothing to break later). was disappointed in navigation option (looked like it was included, but was not). we ended up using android auto and that works ok so not a big deal. love the power. 3.6 liter engine gets us onto freeway with 7 people and luggage very quickly and easily. auto engine off at stops is great gas saving feature along with 9 speed auto transmission. no issues with transmission after 5 years of usage. plenty of space for storage. 2018 model complaint. no auto headlight on/off. Really Chrysler? that should have been a no brainer default in this day and age. Purchase price was $40,000 for the base model. (I always like to know what people paid for the car :)

Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.

This is the greatest car I have ever laid my eyes upon. The interior, the color palette, and the sight of the car left me in awe. It even has apple car play.

This was the first time that I've used CarMax... always felt that the "no-haggle" thing was just a grift. It's not. Very fairly priced car in pristine condition. They even transferred it for free. Transaction was relatively quick and painless as well. They were even able to take care of the REAL tags and title there as well. If you do your pricing research, they are most definitely an option. And thankfully there was no sleazy salesman vibe or upwelling. Would gladly use them again. Oh, and they actually FILLED the tank, which USED TO BE commonplace, and I didn't have to ask.

I had a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 (that I absolutely loved), but the lease was ending. Since that purchase, I have had two grandchildren, and though I could take them with me in the Ioniq, it was a tight squeeze (again, it was a GREAT car). I decided I needed something with more seating, which meant a three row SUV or a minivan. I was used to an all electric vehicle and wanted to get something that was at least hybrid. I honestly thought my days of a minivan were way behind me when my children got older so I was kind of dreading that option. The truth is I couldn't be happier. The mileage has been fantastic - I've been averaging about 50 mpg. Because the van is a plug-in hybrid, I drive a lot of local miles on all electric which helps immensely with the mileage. There is plenty of room for my kids (and their kids). Lots of places to plug in all of their devices. My wife's aunt told me that the back seats were incredibly comfortable as well. The only thing I wish it had were a few more amenities - but that is entirely my fault. I bought it used and picked up the first decently priced one I found. I should have waited a bit for one that was a bit more loaded, but again, that's on my, not the vehicle. The ride is incredibly smooth and the power is just fine for a minivan - obviously not what I was used to with the EV, but then I don't expect that. I'm enjoying driving in comfort and getting in and out is much more comfortable on my old back!

Meets my needs. Wish the back wings opened. Needs more USB ports. One thing I really don't like is the fact the engine shuts off when stopped for traffic lights.
