Came to look at a car I found online. After the test drive, I knew I didn't want that car; seat and armrest weren't comfortable. Salesman found another car--this one didn't even have an armrest. I stated this wasn't what I was looking for and I was looking for a car that I would use until the wheels fell off. I could see him getting irritated and he said, "Can't you just get used to the armrest?" I knew specifically what I wanted and what I didn't. Eventually after showing me many cars that didn't fit what I was looking for, he said, "You're gonna have to sacrifice on some of the things you want."
He seemed very irritated that I did research on cars. He gave me makes and models they had on the lot that might work, and I was using a website to tell him if the cars would be acceptable. After a while of telling him no, he stated, "Not that I think that website is lying but I never hear about any of those complaints." This was the final straw. You are a salesman. People are not going to come in and tell you about how bad their transmission is when they are trying to trade it in for another vehicle.
I bought a car I love a week later with EVERYTHING I was looking for. I didn't have to sacrifice anything and I got it $5000 less than cars they were showing me.
The car wash is not a car wash they just spray it down! This was my first car dealership experience,and Mike was very helpful and pleasant he make you feel like one of the family and family and safety was his priority and save money.

I had a specific vehicle in mind and did not find the one for me but had a very good experience. We actually had issues with the vehicle we drove in and they looked at it for us while we were there as their garage was open today. They were very friendly, helpful and all around good to us!

She let us take a test drive and we sat down with the manager to work out a deal. We were given a very fair price for our trade in and setting up finance was a breeze. Found a 2010 Accord in almost perfect condition - Bruce Elliott made sure the car was safe for our new college student and put an extra polish on the outside - that car still sparkles. Bought what appears to be a very nice used vehicle. Jon Kelley was our salesman and he did everything he promised and was not afraid to do whatever he said he would do. No pressure what-so-ever. I cannot speak highly enough for the attitudes, quality, and experience that my wife and I received at Michael Ray. The car was exactly how the pictures showed it to be, they were generous with letting us drive it around for as long as we wanted, and gave us a very generous trade-in credit for our car. We didn't know if we'd be buying a car that day, but we were thrilled to drive one of their vehicles home. We expressed concerns about one small issue with the car at time of purchase and they happily sent us over to a local mechanic's store to resolve the issue as part of the purchase price. That company was equally as professional and skilled and the whole experience made us feel like we were well taken care of. I would 100% recommend this company to my friends whenever they are in the market for a used vehicle. It's been....3? 4? weeks now since purchase, my wife loves driving it, and it hasn't spontaneously blown up or fallen apart on the road or made me think for one minute that the car is anything less than a stable and comfortable vehicle.
