I started with the A5 cabriolet had many issue free miles (aside from recall issues which Audi was fantastic on correcting) . From day one my wife said I should have spent the extra and went for the S5 , so after 7 years and 80k miles I found the car of my dreams.in Dec of 2021 I purchased a 2011 S5 prestige with only 32k. This car is a whole different animal. The supercharged 6 is powerful and responsive and it makes even going to the store into a treat . Take the top down one the music up WOW is all I think of. Buying a low mile highly optioned S5 from Audi was the only way to go. The car is the best of all worlds as long as your not taking a group for a long trip( back seat is good but let’s be honest rear seat passengers weren’t Audis market with this one.

December 2024 bought a 2023 Mazda Miata Grand Touring with 34,500 miles. Drove the car from South Florida to the SC coast, 10 hours. Fantastic fun drive! 6 speed manual with a soft top only weighs 2350 pounds, spirited ride, excellent power and fuel economy, 35 mpg. Good tech with blind spot monitors, cruise, power windows and locks. Push button start, heated seats and navigation just enough tech. Puts a smile on your face just looking at it, lots of compliments and you are just happy driving this magnificent, magical machine!! Just love it! 🥰

We sold our silver SLE in excellent conditions with just over 300K miles. I am certain it still has a long life ahead of it. It remains one of the most favorite cars we have owned. Over the years we took it on 5 cross country trips and it never missed a beat. Pros: *Absolutely reliable. *Huge trunk for a convertible, especially with the top down vs. other cars. * Looks have held up very well. * Decent highway mileage. * SLE has heated seats, cruise control, etc. Cons: None. Buying a used SLE today and then spending an extra ~$1000 to put in a very good audio/nav system with android auto/Carplay, review camera would make for a terrific car.

I've started by having previously a DB7 1997 MY 3.3 litre 6 cylinders, which I kept until I suffered a hip replacement surgery seven years ago, and due to the pain going in and going out of the car, I finally decided to sell it. But always having in mind the Aston Martin I've always wanted: the DB9. Which I lately and finely got one, a 2007 produced, in perfect conditions, same colour as the previous DB7 (metallic dark grey) and 55.000 kms on the clock. This car is a joy. And I recommend heavily any one who is getting the idea and the possibility of acquiring one, not to lose the opportunity. By the way, you don't have to be shy: it is a head turner - all the time - and even more, you can find more that some one taking photos with his or her camera while you drive that magnificent car. The B48 turbo inline-4 is efficient (averaging ~28 mpg) yet delivers strong performance (0-60 in ~5.5s). The ZF 8-speed transmission is a responsive partner, offering versatile driving modes (EcoPro to Sport+), with paddle/shifter control. Handling is exceptional with the staggered 19" Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, holding traction even when pushed hard. The ride can be firm due to the short rear overhang, a trade-off for the Z4's superior cornering compared to the more comfortable but less engaging SL500. The i7-adjacent infotainment is user-friendly with physical climate controls and includes active cruise control, backup camera, and parking assist. Wireless Android Auto/Apple CarPlay and the OEM interface are both good, though the optional wireless charger can overheat phones. Numerous customization options exist, with aftermarket apps (BimmerCode) offering even more. Comfort is good with supportive seats (plenty of legroom for a tall driver), excellent wind management with a removable blocker, and a calm cabin with windows up. The ability to operate the soft top at speeds up to 30 mph is surprisingly useful, and it can also be controlled via the key fob. A minor annoyance is the center armrest's asymmetrical opening and the passenger-side cupholder cover hindering armrest use and cup retrieval. Also, the aggressively bolstered, somewhat narrow seats might not suit wider individuals – a test fit is recommended. Interior storage is adequate with door pockets, under-dash space, enclosed center console (cupholders), and a rear tray with trunk access. The insulated soft top ensures a muted cabin with the top up, and the Harman Kardon sound system is impressive. Phone calls remain clear even with the top down. Overall, the G29 Z4 sDrive 30i is a reliable, efficient, stylish, and comfortable convertible, my best yet and one I intend to keep.

I upgraded to the 2020 Z4 M40i after having a 2006 Z4 3.0i. The exterior styling and sound gets looks and complements at least once a day when driving. The interior is modern and has lots of the most up to date technology, although I wish less plastic was used. It drives awesome, and I am very pleased with the car.

Have had a number of Toyotas and Lexus in the family. My primary car is '08 Highlander Base w/170k on it, super clean and runs like a clock. Wanted something fun and after about 3-4 months found an '07 SLE convert., in white with tan leather. Think I got a good one with 74k, on it. No engine leaks, trans. leaks, just did front brakes and will do rears in the fall. Comfortable, quality, stylish. Power is its biggest shortfall, but more than adequate. Transmission is not aggressive, but silky smooth. A laid back touring car. Car needed a good cleaning in and out. Just completed clay bar, polish and wax with marine grade paste wax. Clean and waterproofed the top with 303. Will have a new set of Pirellis going on when I'm ready. I have about $12k into it at present and that should do it. I think it's true that the older cars were better made and with less gizmos to go wrong. Think it's a good value with many miles ahead of me.

We have owned the car for a month and have put on 3,000 miles. Its a lot of fun to drive but the passenger side is really lacking in leg room and the center console controls are difficult to get to. Its a real head turner!

Terrific car and the best I have ever owned Comfort downgraded because the leather seats are just too hard, a common problem with leather seating. Lexus uses much softer leather, making their seats much more comfortable for a long drive. Wouldn't need heated seats if not for the leather seating surfaces. Fabric is MUCH more comfortable. Interior design is excellent except for the extensive use of bright metal accents which should never be used in a convertible. Solved with matte black vinyl wrap. Infotainment system is an unmitigated disaster - it simply fails to work much too often, specifically Apple CarPlay works only about half the time, backup camera often fails to display, and sometimes the display shows nothing but "Loading Home." This should be simple to fix but local dealer refuses or is incapable of doing the right thing. This is a terrific $50K sports car; too bad it costs so much more. Reliability downgraded only because of infotainment problems. No mechanical issues.

I bought my 2003 mb SL500 in 2023 with 30,000 original miles. It runs excellent has a bullet proof engine and design will always be IN vogue cuz of its sleek design. I got all the previous repair receipts from original owner which is great to know the history. As with any 21 yr old car there may be repairs. I have a great MB independent repair shop called Star Motors in Gainesville Fl who really knows these cars and they fix them right and for less than a dealer. Sure thing’s can go wrong and I have found repairs about 25% more than Honda or Toyota. One has to factor in repairs no matter what. I like the 5.0 engine and one thing is they last! They ride so smooth on the wide tires on the highways and there tight steering. Bose sound system still working great afte all these years. Buy one have it inspected if your worried. There in my view great cars. Depreciated a lot since new at $100,000 out the door. So paying 15k to 20k is a bargain. You’ll love it!
