2026 Toyota GR86 review
The GR86, like all cars, has its positive and negatives. Background: I bought a 2026 Premium GR86 auto (despite 75% of me favoring the manual). Out the door was a bit more than 40k. GR86s are rare. It’ll be tough to get a ‘deal’ due to how few they’ll be. Expect you may have to buy one that is still in transit to the dealership. Positives of the GR86: 1. IMO, from the outside, one of the best looking sports cars on the road. 2. Exclusivity, people ask what is my car. When I say GR86, common answer “huh, I’ve never heard of it”. You’ll see very few on the road. 3. Handles superbly. Hugs turns as well as any dealership sold car I’ve driven 4. For how small it is and lower the back seat, surprising truck space (for its size) 5. Inside feel to it is combo of modern day and the classic old roadster. 6, it’s not a real 4 seater but it qualifies as a 4 seater for insurance. 7. Pleasure to drive due to its light, nimble design. Seats are quite comfortable (they really keep you in place. 8. Free day at the track compliments of Toyota. Negatives of the GR86 1. It’s quicker than almost all cars on the road but it’s slower than it looks. Straight line speed is slow compared to virtually all other sports cars 2. Inside there’s some obvious corner cutting by Toyota/Sub to keep price <40k. No wireless CarPlay, dim non LED bulbs, plastic, non high resolution console display. My regret with this car is I should have been patient, waited some months, bought one with the performance package. Other than that, I love driving this car.

2015 Honda Civic review
It's a small but not tiny. It sort of roomier in the front but tighter in the rear seats. My model is the 2 doors coupe ex, with stick shift, it came well equipped with all the bells and whistles. Is good on gas and fun to drive. It's not incredible peppy but is fast and strong, and there's a lot of ways you can customize it with. Hondas have always been known for reliability, and this car won't disappoint you, it has 140k miles on it and stills runs like it was new. I got a really good deal from the dealer I bought it from, and they're pretty good overall. I would definitely buy from this place again!

2014 Porsche Cayman review
2nd Cayman 2.7M. Bought first New in 2006 as my daily driver. Drunk driver totaled it with 132K Miles in 2019, only repair besides normal maintenance was an Air Oil Separator at 89K Miles. Fantastic Car. Got 2014 Cayman 2.7M in 2019 with 15K Miles. 2014 is a much better car. Enjoying it at 38K Miles and will keep as long as I can drive.

2022 Ford Mustang review
After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford F-150, and my experience has been incredible so far. After driving it for about 2,000 miles, I am very pleased with my decision. Although I wasn't fully organized that day with my documents and payment method, the team at Pierre Ford of Lynwood made the buying process easy, fair, and seamless. I also considered refinancing my loan with my bank to see if I could secure a better interest rate. However, I found that the terms were quite similar to what I originally had, so I decided to stick with my initial financing since there wasn't much difference. A little research on the vehicle I bought confirmed that I got a great deal, in my opinion. Pierre Ford of Lynwood was more than fair when it came to their financing and vehicle pricing. I want to give a shout-out to Carlos and Sergio, who helped me throughout the entire process. I also want to thank Steve, the finance manager, who assisted me with my financing and explained my warranty options. Lastly, I appreciate the woman who appraised my trade-in. 2018 Lexus LC 500 review
Plenty of positive reviews to read and all legit. I will give you the small list of cons. Coming from a BMW. First. Make sure it has BSM. The car is on the bigger side and in the 1.5 years of owning I’ve probably had about 5 or 6 blind spot scares even with the lights in the mirrors. Never had this issue with any other car. Always look twice over your shoulder. That’s the biggest issue. Also some cars tend to click or clunk on stop or rolling throttle or brake. It’s usually an A-pillar issue that needs padding and tightened. Small but annoying. And last, door handle. Will stop working due to water getting into the mechanical parts and replacing is pricey. This should’ve been addressed by Lexus but wasn’t. Those are the cons. This car is awesome and worth every dime. Sounds great. Looks great. Feels great. Drives great. I love it. You will too. Don’t settle for an RCF, IS500 or a faster BMW that everyone has. It’s a great GT. And very unique.

Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. 2008 smart ForTwo review
I had mine for a long time, bought used as my first car, survived getting hit on the rear end, was simple enough for me and my dad to repair the few problems that popped up (at 164,000 miles) and kept going strong for me for 7 years until another accident got her totaled. I was perfectly safe from the accident, and the years I was driving it, it preformed fantastically. I see a lot of people complain about how it drives, and I will admit at first it was weird, but it really just takes you learning it. The shifts aren't random they're at specific speeds, and frankly if the shifting creates a problem you're either driving poorly or you have a mechanical problem. As long as you slowly go on the gas instead of suddenly slamming the pedal down the shifting is graceful. The issue I see some people mention about it feeling bad to control at highway speeds, I have not encountered. I drove 70mph highways 5+ times a week for years and never had a problem, did 85mph highways sometimes and still no problems. It has way enough room, I regularly had a 6'4" guy in the passenger and he was fine, I've had an almost 7 foot guy in the passenger and he admitted he was more comfortable in the Smart than any SUVs or Sedans he had been in. I'm a pretty small person so of course it's perfect for me, the turn radius and being able to park in essentially any space I want is amazing, the back actually has a lot of room and if you don't have a passenger you can extend it even more- I helped someone move with my Smart and while we didn't try furniture since we had a truck for that, it took 2 extra large boxes, a slew of plants, like 6 smaller boxes to fill gaps, 4 bags of vacuum packed linens, plus a decent amount of loose articles and knickknacks settled around, and it technically could have still held more. Absolutely fantastic car.

2013 BMW 335 review
The F30 design when not M Sport is muted, but when you get the M Sport package and all the goodies, it becomes the sports car that BMW intended. It just hit 100,000 and is starting to show wear with rattles from the dashboard and an increase in road/wind noise due to aging weatherstripping. Easy fix! I can say that with FBO that this car has been reliable - nothing major has broken and left me stranded. Sure, due to adding more power it has gone through spark plugs faster but you pay for that when you give it ~70hp more than factory. After upgrading the clutch and cooling system, I am completely worry free on this vehicle. If you want a comfortable cruiser, this car is not it. If you want a sports car, this is what you go for. They can be equipped with most any tech feature one would like - from HUD, Navigation, Parking Distance Control, Bluetooth, etc

2015 Honda Accord review
Bought my 2015 Honda Accord LX used in 2018 with 42K on the odometer. It now has just over 100K and has for most of the past 7 years been a very good vehicle overall, requiring only manufacturer recommended routine maintenance. Within the past year, however, it has needed to have the starter replaced and repair work done on the air conditioning unit. The cost of those repairs totaled about $1,200. Not too bad for over 7 years of regular driving. I'm still really pleased with the performance of the vehicle. Handling, acceleration and braking are truly excellent. I'm most impressed by the gas mileage. On a recent 2,400 mile round-trip from Florida to Pennsylvania the car averaged just over 41 mpg. In local mixed driving it consistently gets between 35-37 mpg. Getting that type of gas mileage with the kind of performance it provides is hard to beat!

IMO one of the most beautiful cars in and out. Has a stiff ride with great power. Many many control options from stereo to performance. Only drawback is not a lot of interior storage.

2003 Nissan 350Z review
2003 350Z with 6SPD manual own it for over 20 years, this car is the poor men Ferrari rolling along at 60 in 3rd gear and punch it, it takes off like a rocket ( no need for turbo). I have had over 300 cars in the last 25 years, hands down this one is the best for over all REAL car experience for the money, don't need to spend $50K for lousy Mopar. plus it holds its value. its also the only car that wi get you 24 MPG city and 30 MPG Hwy if you keep your heavy foot off the gas, no sports car can do that . also it is the best front to rear weight ration, 49% front and 51% rear. Its a sunday driver so the mileage on it is less than 25K now after all these years. other then oil and battery once awhile, no other issues.

2015 Ford Mustang review
I have a premium Yellow 2015 GT convertible. Black interior (not charcoal gray) with a Black top. This car has the 6-speed automatic and therefore, it does not constantly shift up/down like the newer (lousy) 9-10 speeds. Mine includes the Ford Performance PowerPac 2 with RTR axle backs. With only 19,000 actual miles, this car looks, sounds and performs excellent. Would not sell it for any Corvette (have had 3 of them) nor any other Convertible with a 9-10 speed auto. This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!

2023 Subaru BRZ review
The Subaru BRZ is the most reasonable sport car with sufficient trunk room and a very small back. Seat, that can be folded down, if needed. The flat four cyl w/o turbo is enough. Power, 228 hp to make this a fun car to drive.
