Amazing customer service all very polite and helpful on trying to make sure your happiness is achieved. When I was not sure about the vehicle I was originally mistreated in they helped me find a car around the price and model I wanted.
Growing up I always heard about how much of a headache going to car dealerships was and having to deal with the stereotypical greasy car salesman. You know, the one that seems to have their fingers crossed behind their backs while touting that they can give you the best deal? At Naples Mazda that is not the case. I researched every crossover/SUV and shopped around for 2-3 weeks before I made my decision and Naples Mazda made my dreams a reality. Professional, personal and knowledgeable staff are just a few of the great traits that they display. I ended up having to work with 2 salesman due to scheduling but they both made sure I got the best deal on my 2018 Mazda Cx-5 Touring with the preferred package and walked out with a smile on my face. Found the 2012 Toyota Highlander on a Cars.com search. Contacted the dealer and was responded to immediately. Arrived at the dealership and was met immediately and shown the car which was as described. It was immaculate and dealer had mounted new tires and new brakes. Jesse completed the sales process in an efficient and thorough manner, making sure our questions were addressed. The finance dept. arranged the financing rapidly through our credit union online. The whole process took about 3 hours including test drive. So far I am very pleased with the vehicle and very pleased with the treatment we received at Scanlon Acura.
We purchased a 2017 Fiat 124 Spyder Abarth from Zach Hayes. Zach was knowledgeable and after hearing what we were looking for and appraising our trade, came back within 10 minutes with their best deal. We GREATLY appreciated not having to go back and forth playing the game. (In the past year, we also purchased a Chevy Colorado from another dealership and was there for 3.5 hours (it took an hour just in the negotiating part.)

Sara L. in Service is a gem! She always greets us with a smile and treats us like family (we are a Mini family, purchased 7 from this dealership) . I took my car in because it was due for service and a few other issues. Sara immediately assigned me a loaner so I wouldn’t have to wait. Sara texted me on the status of my mini and informed we when the repairs were completed. My car was ready the next day. Fast service! Great customer service! I highly recommend Mini of Fort Myers!
I had a 2006 Mitsubishi Lancer that lasted me through high school, college drives back and forth from Tampa back to Fort Myers, and more college. Bring a 12 year old car, it was time to let it go for something else. I knew I wanted another Mitsubishi because my first one was so reliable in the many years I had it. Pedro was salesperson and was so kind and made the whole process hassle free. I didn???t feel pressured into buying and he got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. One of the sales managers, Howie, even made it a point to come over and introduce himself even before he knew I was getting a new car. Everyone was so kind and I???m so happy with my new 2018 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross, abd have already gotten so many compliments on it and I haven???t even had it a week now.

I've been shopping for months and couldn't find anyone that could get me approved with the terms I needed. Grant Motors went the distance and got me in a FANTASTIC vehicle! My salesman(Devonte)didn't give up. He found the vehicle I wanted and needed and made the deal work. I was treated very professionally and the transaction was very quick and smooth. Beautiful facility, shows great promise and still head and shoulders above the other local Jeep dealership (Galeana) but 6 contacts and an about hour to only schedule the appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and them to see if something qualifies for a warranty issue.... unacceptable. No appointments available for at least two weeks out and no way to confirm appointment time online or even by phoning the dealership directly. They can???t even tell you who your service advisor is... once I arrived I found I didn???t even need an appointment after all because they dont handle that type of warranty work for Mopar Service Plans. I have to call Chrysler direct to schedule. Service advisor seemed nice enough but not very knowledgeable and pretty stressed. They???re new so I???ll cut some slack, but guessing management needs to do some better training. Still not sure about why it took 6 contacts to schedule an appointment.. there must have been 15 girls in a bullpen area that handle scheduling who were seemingly just sitting around and chatting. Not great, but not as awful as Galeana. Will give them a second chance and re-review.
Cape Coral Chrysler is open and inviting. Very clean. When people walk by they all said hello. Very inviting. Staff went out of their way to insure my needs were met.
