My sale guy James Fraley was a big help, he went above and beyond to help me and the financial manger was also get they make you feel like we are great friends, but the other car lots prejudge you looking at you like you can not afford to get a new car from them, not Jim Hudson with them we are all equal. My experience was amazing from start to finish! I was welcomed in the parking lot with a friendly smile and greeting, and again from different employees as I entered the building.. I did not feel rushed or like just another number. My salesman's name was Mr. Ayan Martin. He truly helped me. He was so patient and kind with explaining the vehicle choices to me, and helping me to choose which one would best fulfill my needs, and be the least expensive. If it were not for his professionalism, and guidance, I would not have purchased a vehicle there. Please be sure to appreciate your sales men or women, especially the ones who go the extra mile!

Henry The magnificent is a great person. if you want to buy a car or truck go to dodge land on gray stone and ask for Henry. He is a down to earth guy with a great sense of humor that will do what it takes to make you a good deal. When the deal gets close but a little off Chad will help get it done. I purchased a pre-owned Grand Caravan less than a month ago. After i had driven it for about two weeks i tried to use the aux power (12VDC) outlets but none worked. I took the van in for service. I wasn't looking forward to the experience. Bill Kittrell stepped up to the plate for Bill Vaughn, the used car service manager, who was in a meeting. They both were very helpful and had me out in less than an hour. The problem was a blown fuse. Since the van didn't come with an owners manual I wasn't knowledgeable where to look for blown fuses. Not only did they provide great service in short order but answered all my questions.
I 've only gone to the dealership a few times for service and I am very impressed with their courteous professionalism and attention to details. Our last vist to the service department was wonderful; in and out so quickly we didn't need the shuttle to get to another appointment we had in Columbia. In and out within less than 30 minutes.

I went into Payless on a whim not really sure about the whole car buying process. I met with Micha who was very straight to the point, friendly as well as determined to make me happy.
