2020 Dodge Durango Citadel AWD review
Dodge forever
Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

This is my second purchase from Ideal. Found a 2010 Ford Explorer on their website. It was still in the process of title being passed to them. Waited and checked back with them 2 weeks later. I was able to get a chance to drive it and took it on the freeway. This time I requested financing which they carried out quickly and provided me with a very low finance rate. Yes, they did add for putting the auto in "ready" condition. My auto had just come out of auction which required cleaning and checking to make sure it was servisable. Everyone was great to deal with. Tomas and Michael were very helpful and friendly. The only problem I had is after we got home we started looking over the truck was the detailing. The top of the dash wasn't wiped down with the cleaning liquid, only the front of it, in the center compartments between the seats I found candy wrappers, my wife found an old baseball under the passenger seat, the windshield was wiped with the same cloth used to wipe the front of dash leaving the inside of the windshield covered with a film, and the engine bay was 3 out of 5 for cleaning and detailing. Yes, it is a used 2022 Ram 1500 with 38000 miles on it but I feel that more attention needs to be done to details. I have to say that we were treated very well with the help of Tomas. He made the buying easer and made sure that the truck had new tires and a full tank of fuel when I left.
