Unfortunately for me, I didn't buy from Hassz. I've had a terrible experience with the other dealership, and issues still aren't resolved. This is where Jessica Alldredge went above and beyond for me. She had reached out again to see how everything was going and if I was still interested in the truck. I told her I had bought elsewhere and was having a difficult time with the other dealership. We exchanged emails back and forth numerous times about the situation and she gave me ideas/advise about certain issues. She did all this for me when I had bought elsewhere. Jessica is a salesperson that truly cares about her customers, I regret not buying from her. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I urge you to stop in and see Jessica Alldredge at Hassz Automall in Ravenna Ohio. I'm positive she will treat you right.
2026 Dodge Durango review
PRO-The 2026 dodge Durango GT plus Hemi all wheel drive is a very sturdy and comfortable SUV. I love the way it drives and feels very safe while driving. Con-I wish it had more safety features such as lane warning and lane keeping assist. And forward collision warning and mitigation. For this price point I believe stellantis cut corners and cheapen an suv that could be so much more. And I was hoping for an option to turn off the all wheel drive and set it to 2 wheel drive at times to get better fuel economy. Get rid of the sunroof and install these options instead. Besides that this SUV drives amazing I had 7 people in my Durango and we were all very comfortable. It has a Massive trunk space when the third row seat is down, and ample trunk space when the third row is up. I love it so much I am thinking of trading it fir a new Durango RT 392 with the 6.4 liter.

After searching the western/upstate NY area for a used truck and not finding what I was looking for, I ended up finding a few near each other in NE Ohio. One of those was here at Haasz. I got hooked up with Geno. Fantastic guy! Had the truck waiting for me, and tossed me the keys for a test ride the second I hit the lot. As it turned out, one of the trucks at another dealer was better suited for me - no reflection on Geno or his manager Justin. Had a great conversation with them, and though they really wanted to sell me their truck, they certainly didn’t make it an overly pressured, uncomfortable, or distasteful experience, and understood where I was coming from. I wouldn’t hesitate to make the ride down there again to do business with them…5 hours away!
2026 Dodge Durango review
I purchased the Dodge Durango GT Plus. I wanted to make sure it would have the features that I truly wanted. I have ventilated seats and a sunroof. I am in love with the comfortability of the vehicle and the room inside of it. I like the sleek look and it drives so smooth. I would recommend

I am a repeat customer and the Mazda vehicle speaks for itself... but GREAT customer Service cannot. When I was shopping to renew my lease, I was able to contact Charles Clark in VW - as I thought I might switch from Mazda to VW. When we could not get the pricing to work, Charles sent me to Ravi Patel. He was helpful, kind and very knowledgeable about all the products in my inquiries. Through the deal, I also met with Joel Cruz. He was a whiz at getting me the best price, the best vehicle and provided the best service. Now, I do not live close... Chris in the service dept went out of his way to make a bad situation good. I was passing through the area and had an interstate breakdown resulting me to leave the vehicle behind and travel on with a rental. The repair was extensive, but he kept me up to date, under promised and over delivered. I don't live anywhere near by, but if I did, this would be the first dealership I would check out if I were purchasing a new jeep or needing service work performed.
