I recently had my car serviced at Rockland Chrysler Jeep. You do not need an appointment for an oil change. I showed up around 3:10 pm. Closing time is four for service. They gladly accepted my car and completed the oil change and rotated my tires. I was very pleasantly surprised to find my car had been cleaned when I retrieved it. Great customer service

They have a room for you to sit and wait, while your car is being serviced. Elcion, was the person that greeted and took care of me, when I came in and left Chrysler.
