Great place to take you car for service I did a 40k mike service on my Jeep Wrangler I came out from dealer my Jeep was running better than before I was very satisfied with service and customer service was top of line,Kenneth wa las excellent at explaining everything he will do to my Jeep call multiple times to keep me posted.The price was fair,i rather have professionals to work on my car than anybody else.

I had the opportunity of working with Ernie this past weekend. He was professional and transparent from the start. He made the process smooth for me after visiting 3 dealerships prior. We struck a great deal and I drove off my my beautiful new car! Thanks Ernie!!

Everyone there was polite and professional. I mostly come here for general servicing of our car but I have always received pretty fast service and fair pricing. I would highly recommend them for keeping your vehicle running efficiently. I also like that they keep you informed by text of the progress of the work. One drawback is that they can use a little upgrade to the waiting room (ex. new seating and small refreshments would be nice). Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

This is my third oil change for my 2019 Ram 1500. The Service team is always knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I am in and out in about 30 minutes. This dealership is so easy to work with. I'm very impressed.

My family has bought vehicles from the Bayside Dodge Jeep dealership in the past and have always been pleased with the smooth service, however we have never had to bring any vehicle purchased from them to their service department, as we haven't had any issues. After purchasing a used Jeep Wrangler from a private sale, I noticed it had a transmission leak and had trouble finding a shop that would do the extensive repair. I ultimately decided to bring it to the bayside dodge jeep dealership to ensure the job would be done correctly and was more than happy with the process and result. The service managers Bob and Eddie were extremely helpful and attentive, and went out of their way to keep me updated and informed with the status of my car. They got the work done fast and at a reasonable price. My 2008 jeep wrangler now runs good as new! Eastchester is the only dealership I let touch my vehicle. I came in for an oil change through the Express Service and they got me right in and out. The staff is always friendly and they treat you like family.

I called the service department as soon as my engine light went on. My Service Manager Frank Russo told me to bring it right in. Thankfully I did as one of the cylinders in my engine blew. I had my Jeep returned within 48hrs.
