I was very pleased with my experience. I started at CarMax to "try on" several cars from several manufacturers. The salesman (Jack) was happy to oblige, despite it being cold and rainy. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. 2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. 2019 Dodge Durango review
2019 GT Plus has 73k miles and haven’t had major issues just brakes and normal wear on the vehicle. Drives great, easy to park and feels like a car not a clunky SUV. Would love it to be larger bc I have 3 kids but other than that it’s great!

2017 Dodge Durango review
Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

2025 Dodge Durango review
I recently rented a 2023 Dodge Durango GT RWD for a summer-family vacation. I was impressed by its smooth ride, comfort, and overall refinement. The SUV felt economical yet luxurious, with surprisingly wide interior space. I particularly appreciated the third-row seating, which was designed thoughtfully to provide ample legroom without increasing the vehicle’s overall length. After this excellent experience with the rental car in Florida, I’ve decided to buy a new Durango GT Plus AWD. I really like it and believe it will remain a trusted companion for a long time—more enduring than the average vehicle.

2023 Dodge Durango review
This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

This is our second Durango. We had our first one many years ago. We now have 5 grandchildren and needed MORE room. We decided to go back to the Durango and so glad we did. It's a smooth ride. It has lots of room, cup holders, heat and air all the way to the back, and USBs available!
