Salesman John Samson was awesome. He got me into a dream vehicle that worked for me with payments lower than I expected. He worked really hard to make sure I was took care of and I greatly appreciate him.
The best car buying experience I’ve had. Randolph was no-nonsense, not pushy, and did everything I asked. He even filled the truck’s tank- twice: Once when I took it home, again when I brought it back in for requested work. Highly recommend this dealership and especially Randolph!

CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! I will recommend this facility to any and everybody!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
I call for an appointment on 29th knows met by your salesperson by the name of David Maxson. He brought us into his area and began working on our requests for a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500. He was friendly, kind and very talkative which was enjoyed.
Brought vehicle in to repair electronic digital mileage display on my instrument cluster. Had challenge getting update on service throughout the day. Finally got word work was completed and vehicle ready for pick-up later part of the afternoon.
I’ve been looking for a Dodge Durango for several months and it has been years since I purchased a dealer. Dealers locally and outside of Raleigh made me feel ast though they did not want my business. We drove about 2hrs and after being shunned by yet another dealership in Kernersville, we discovered this dealership. My only regret in my two months of searching...I didn’t come here first. From speaking with Robert Via in selling the vehicle, to Gwathney Leak, Jr., making sure I had a clear understanding of the process, they took the pressure and anxiety out of buying a car. They actually made me feel like a customer...and wanted my business!! Thank you guys for a wonderful car buying ‘experience ‘!!!
Eddie Daye Is the man you need call on .... he is very helpful .... called him up and told him id take the truck and he had paper work ready when we got there had us in and out in no time .... the back up camera was cracked and he hooked us up with a new one he robbed off a different truck was very thankful he was able to do that ...
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
Was in the market for a nice low miles used car. Got in contact with Justin Myrick at the Troy dealership and he had a couple options that fit my needs. Went and test drove a couple vehicles and found the one i liked it was just a little out of my budget. Went home and did some research and talked to Justin a little more and realized he had the best deal on that vehicle around. Went back a couple days later and purchased the vehicle. Justin is very knowledgeable and very helpful in the car buying process. This is the second time we have done business with him and will definitely contact him for all our future car needs.
I found a very specific Lexus I had been looking for online with these guys. Called them up and talked, very friendly. Drove two hours up later that night and picked it up. Very friendly people and they were drying it off for us since it was sleeting outside when we pulled up. Everyone was great and they beat our bank's rate (USAA). Everyone stayed late to accomodate our schedule and we drove off in 2 hours.
Nick and Adam were an absolute pleasure to work. I test drove the vehicle on a Saturday afternoon. Emailed them the next day to advise that I wanted it with the condition that a few items be fixed. Not only did Nick fix my concern items, he also took care of a few items I was not aware of. The night I purchased the vehicle, they stayed late to accommodate my schedule since I was coming from Charlotte. While Nick was filling me on the car, Adam went out and checked on my wife to make sure she was comfortable and happy. Great guys and I highly recommend using them for your next car purchase.
