Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram DelawareReviews
Performance Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Delaware review
Wanted to leave a review of my experience which I rarely do, but I was impressed by the time/respce my salesman gave to me. My son’s car engine blew up on the way to college. I’ve been looking for a “new” used car for him. Stopped in the dealership and spoke with Kyle. He was great. He listened to what I was looking for and looked for product in my range but also, knowing this car has to get through college and beyond, he took some time to provide some additional options that I did not think of. He was professional but not pushy which I appreciated. I listed the Ford Fusion as that is what my son was driving but we looked at several brands and the pros/cons. He did not make me feel “dumb” as a single woman looking for a car. I will be back to purchase once I get my finances/insurance in place. I appreciated being treated with respect and all of the options I was given. Great dealership - would recommend Performance and Kyle! I’ll be back! :)
2014 Dodge Durango review
When I bought my 2014 in 2015 every was great until just a few years ago. The injectors started failing and needed replacement. The passenger seatbelts stop working. The Third row seating isn't for seating it's for luggage or dogs. It has its issues but it's still very popular. If your warranty expires get the diamond plan or top tier plan to cover repairs as the repairs are expensive.

DriveTime of West Columbus review
★★★★★ We just purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience! From the moment we walked onto the lot, Magdalena made us feel welcome and truly cared for. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. There was never any pressure—just honest, friendly guidance every step of the way. Magdalena walked us through all the features of the Forester, answered our million questions with a smile, and made sure we felt 100% confident in our decision. She even followed up after the sale to make sure everything was going smoothly with our new car. Her genuine kindness and professionalism really stood out and made the whole process enjoyable. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, ask for Magdalena—you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you, Magdalena, and thank you to the dealership for having such an outstanding team member. We love our Forester and are so grateful for the excellent service! Highly recommend! 🚗💙
2014 Dodge Durango review
The Durango drive ability is very good, power is very adequate. But the cam shafts developed a ridge which caused a loud ticking noise. They had to be replaced. This was an expensive undertaking. In a low mileage vehicles. Dodge should pay me for my expenses.

2015 Dodge Durango review
I am 56 years old and have purchased 6 brand new cars in my lifetime. I own them from 7-12 years, usually overlapping the ownership as I sell the old one rather than trade it in. I have previously purchased 2 other Dodges, 2 Chevys, a Toyota and Subaru. The 2015 Dodge Durango I currently own is the only vehicle that I have never had an issue with, nothing broken, no engine lights, nothing. I simply kept up with the maintenance. I had planned on replacing the front brake pads at around 60,000 miles and when I took the calipers off, the old pads showed little wear, so I left it. At 9 years of ownership I decided to change the battery even though it was still good. At 130,000 miles I changed the spark plugs and figured I should change the coils while I was at it, again no indication of wear, I just felt it was time. It was at this mileage I finally changed the pads and planned on doing the rotors as well, but the rotors showed little to no wear so I only did the pads. I went to my local Dodge dealer the other day and talked to a salesperson about getting a new Durango, hopefully it will be as good as this one.

I had a great experience purchasing a new RAV4 XLE from Tansky Sawmill Toyota. Jennifer Velazquez was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process. She kept me informed throughout the process while my RAV4 was in production as well as during the walkthrough and setup of my new vehicle. I really appreciated the no hassle and no pressure experience I had while working with everyone at Tansky.

2020 Dodge Durango review
Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

Auto Mart Of Ohio review
Great experience Had a little issue with my credit but AutoMart helped me get into a great reliable car.
2021 Dodge Durango review
I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

2022 Dodge Durango review
I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

2024 Dodge Durango review
The prices are always way above what they should be😶.So that's why there was a 4 starwith pricing, but the interior I find the compartments hold dirt and capture things. Lots of cubbies. There is no way to clean out without deep cleaning other than that, the inter is fine with is looks. Electronics a little complicated. I have never seen a car with this color leather seats🤔.But they are growing on me☺️. Other than those things this car is absolutely perfect. Had a lot of zip to it with the 3.6 v6 engine. I love the way it drives. I love the way it maneuvers, and it's very classy looking

Paley Auto Group review
Meat a gentleman at Paley Auto Group named Ben Morgan. He picked me up at the bus stop took me to the business. Afterwards he helped out with the paper work. Very nice gentleman. We hit it of right away. He gave me his number and asked if I would text him when I made it home. Three and a half hours later and let him know. He answered right away. This is how you run a business. Treat people like you own kin. Thanks to all at Paley auto group.

Best car I've ever owned, and I've owned quite a few personally as well as company vehicles. This car is simply the best and I plan on keeping it a very long time.

Bob Caldwell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM review
I was pretty nervous about purchasing a vehicle remotely, but I had a wonderful experience buying my Ram Promaster from Bob Caldwell! Everyone I dealt with was professional and committed, including Dino Westerfield in sales and Jeff Kiehle in finance. A special shoutout to Nikita Morgan for always answering the phone with a huge smile in her voice!
2023 Dodge Durango review
I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Paley Auto Group review
Talked to Jesse Gump at Paley auto group in Columbus. We talked and made a tentative agreement on a car I wanted. I traveled from Pittsburgh to Columbus by bus to see the vehicle. There are things you can’t do over the phone. I crawled under and around the vehicle for a good half hour fourth five minutes. It was just as Jesse told me plus the extra stuff I looked at underneath. Test ride was like riding with your best friend. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the car business and very honest about what he didn’t know. I felt comfortable with him. He is a good man not some firecracker salesman. They worked with me at every turn and I drove the vehicle back to Pittsburgh. Thanks you you all at Paley auto group

Car Source review
Car Source David Gurevitz Oct 13, 2025 “ This is the 2nd car I bought from Alonzo at Car Source. I found him to be one of the best. As the same as the last time, I told him what I was looking for and a few days later he found it. In the past, I have tried this with numerous other car lots. And needless to say, have never been successful. Alonzo always comes through. He's very professional, but also honest and down to earth. Thank you for being my "go to guy". I appreciate you...

I love everything except the controls on the screen. I find them hard to use while driving. I would also like to see a clock in the center of the screen that it would default to after a few seconds of changing temps or radio station.

2017 Dodge Durango review
Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

2023 Dodge Durango review
This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

2018 Dodge Durango review
I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.
