Purchased my '17 DD GT with 25k miles on it. Have owned for around 4 years and now have 66k miles. Haven't had any issues. Routine maintenance only. Love the style and comfort. Interior seats are comfortable for long drives. Mine came with lifetime oil changes. Dealer support has been good (although we've only had oil changes so hard to say). I'm hoping this continues.

I had a great experience buying from out of state. I would do business again and would recommend to friends and family. Here's my experience: I found a 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe which included my wish list options including the active safety group (hard to find). The price seemed good compared to what I see in my area (UT). I reached out to sales at Bill Luke and asked for the "out the door" price. They came back and the only additional cost was window tint (as mentioned in the fine print on cars.com). Aside from that there was only tax and dealer fee. They took additional pictures and sent me a video tour of the vehicle. I signed a deal with the finance group, who did their best to match a loan rate from my local credit union. Shipping seemed reasonable, but I decided to pick up in person (they were even open Sunday which made things flexible for a weekend trip). I booked a flight and showed up just waiting for someone to try and tell me there were additional costs, but they were true to their word on "No hidden fees". I was the second owner for a 2023 Durango Hellcat Premium Plus. I wish I would have purchased this car first before my charger ScatPack. The Durango is a family car and it’s safer to drive. With the power and has lots of room I Woolsey say it’s a great car. I’m sure they’ll have them around in 6 years I’ll buy another hellca t Durango destroyer gray with the black red rally stripes!

Bought new in 2020. Has only 23,000 miles . Love this car. Roomy, comfortable, has 3 row seating and the hatch back for easy carrying groceries and unloading. Peppy with the Hemi V8, but mileage is only 15-17 mpg. Don’t care because it’s fun to drive, good looking and easy to maneuver and park. All the whistle and bells on it. Probably my last car. Registered on NHTSA so have had no recalls. We do have a 2024 Ram with the Hemi. Will keep that one too.

Some things like back seat stock up right can't put it down, no floor mats, gas little door loose. Things that were not fix before I got it.

I have enjoyed my 2019 Dodge Durango have had a lot of pleasure worry about everything being electrical but so far very happy will be traveling to Florida in next month can’t wait to see how it handles.

He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. I researched a lot of 7-seater SUVs before deciding on a 1 year old Durango... we needed something that could haul our 5 kids and also double as a commuter car with good cargo space for my husband, who travels to construction job sites all over the place. We both love our RAM trucks (mine is the 2500 horse hauler), so Dodge was a natural choice for us, but we opted for the V6 model for better gas mileage than our Hemis. The Durango did not disappoint!! I've seen other reviews complaining about the power of the SXT... what do you honestly expect, people?! It's a 3-row SUV, a V6 simply can't put out the HP to move it like the Hellcat would (ohh, that one must be sweet!!). That being said, we're still pleased with the performance... which is impressive for a vehicle of this size. It still hauls @ss and handles like a dream, and we live on a ranch in the Rockies so good handling on mountain roads in all manner of nasty weather conditions is an absolute MUST for us. You can tell the Durango is modeled on the Challenger chassis so it's basically a race car of an SUV, even in the V6 model. Do yourself a favor and splurge on some d@mn good all-season tires like Michelin LTX for optimum performance in any road conditions. We've been very impressed with the fuel economy, it does well - even with my husband rallying up and down the mountain and dusting people left & right on his daily commute. Haha! That's one advantage over the V8 models, which guzzle gas as bad as our big RAM trucks. We even run it with the Eco Boost turned off, and often in Sport mode. One thing my husband's not fond of is the fact that there is only one special jack included... and no mounts for floor jacks or jack stands. A second jack from the dealer is almost $300. So husband spent some time in his metal shop to fab an adapter for a second scissor jack, so he could rotate tires and change the oil. It's a non issue if you take your car in for service, but if you're the type to wrench on your own vehicles, it's something to bear in mind. Interior design is nice... the only small beef I've got is the 2nd row seat backs fold down, but the whole seat doesn't fold up to more easily access the 3rd row. It's not an issue for our kids clambering over, but it could be awkward for an adult. So the little ones go in the back. Overall, we're really pleased with our Durango SXT - even for the base model, it's got enough whistles and bells to keep us happy, and an impressive performance to economy ratio. Definitely worth every penny of the purchase price, and it's a vehicle we'll keep for a very long time.

The dealership is relatively new so the facility is very clean and well maintained. All of the people that I met and delt with were welcoming, friendly and polite. If the dealership wasn't so darn far away from where I live, I would gladly frequent it more often. Anthony Saba was the salesman; a nice young man and easy to work with. Tylor (sp), I don't remember his last name, was the person who handled the financial side of my purchase. Also, very friendly and easy to work with.

I had problems with misfire. Cylinder #5 misfire about 135000 miles. It was under extended warranty. Still cost me some dollars because the dealership some other issues needed to be repaired that they say they found and without repaired the warranty company wouldn't replace the Cylinder #5. Now I have 151000 miles and Cylinder #6 has misfire. I have a 2018 GT Plus. Very nice looking car. Now with high mileage it seems like a problem. I had all maintenance preformed including oil changes. That was very important because without that the warranty company wouldn't have paid for the repairs.

Very roomy and comfortable. 2 teenagers fit in the third row no problem. Smooth ride and good on gas for an SUV. Would highly recommend this vehicle.

I made contact with a list of cars I was interested in from the website. When I arrived, all cars were ready for test drive and review. As with all vehicle purchases, the worst part was the paperwork. But even that was made easy. They even had someone available to explain the tech parts of the car to us not so tech savy people.

This is my 3rd Hellcat vehicle but first as a Durango. Always wanted this vehicle since it was announced some years ago. It does not disappoint. My dealer, Dodge of Burnsville has/is always taking great care of my needs and always works out a deal that works for me. The only improvement I can think of is the have more space in the 2nd row seating. I am tall and eat of almost all of the legroom behind me.

Plenty of room and style my 2 youngest children enjoy the 3rd seat. Plenty of room for 2nd row. Small cargo area behind 3rd row. However it is big enough for groceries.

I awaited the order date for this vehicle for over a year. When the first day of placing orders arrived, I sped to my dealer for the opportunity to make the order, since each dealer was limited to very, very few orders. Four months later, it arrived. As I approached the dealership, several people, both customers and sales personnel, were gathered around my 710 Durango Hellcat. The vehicle was the focus of everyone's attention. When I approached my vehicle and made known that it was mine, quite a few onlookers were shocked to see that such a truck had been ordered by a 75 year "young" woman. Being a "hot car" buff since 16 years of age, this vehicle is the ultimate. Everyone agreed that my body paint selection was perfection: black with wide black matte stripes outlined with narrow red stripes. Along with my 2008 Pontiac Solstice GXP convertible stick- shift, what more do I need? Just a footnote: NASTY is part of my license plate reading.

I drove a durango GT for 300 miles its not bad the 3.6 V6 is plenty powerful and 30mpg but no hemi theatre. Interior is xxxx near luxurious and the ride is very good. A lot of reliability issues seem to stem from going long on oil changes and driving the car like it's a rental car aka the average dodge driver. If you keep up on the maintenance, this is a genuinely enjoyable car that does almost everything decently well.

This my 5th Durango (2022 GT). Size is right, comfortable, powerful and good value for money. Just wish they would get rid of the piano black trim on the center stack. Led lighting vast improvement and lots of safety features.

Dodge Durango GT with towing package. Great SUV for the money. we currently have 34000 miles and no major issues so far. Our Uconnect system had to be replaced because it would not update. Was covered under warranty. We tow a 5000lb travel trailer and it does fine on the flats , but struggles a bit in the mountains. I was impressed how all the operating temperatures were in check while pulling a 7% grade on a 95 degree day. (I have since bought a Ram 1500 to do the towing). This car is an excellent road tripper and I am impressed with the spunk of the 3.6. So far the only weak link has been the Uconnect system. I hope it holds up for the duration of the vehicle.
